I've been going to this particular restaurant for over 20 years. If the food isn't right,or the service isn't up to your standards, just approach anyone there and they will try to make things right for you before you leave. And please help out those good folks out with a generous tip or a good kind word of appreciation. Both of this actions goes a long way with good folks these days.

I dined in and they still operate like we’re still in Covid. Fountain drinks behind the counter and handing out sauces in “Communion cups” two very small bottle cap size cups! I asked for a larger sauce 4oz size and the lady said I had to pay a $1! She told the manager that I wanted to buy a larger sauce and he says,”FOR WHAT?” I said,” because I asked for it! What do you mean for what? I’m the customer!” I told the lady checking me out that I won’t be back! Said because I knew the founder “Chicken Charlie” Taylor! I went to school with his son Brian! He was always about treating people right. Well he’s rolling in his grave!

I like this location better because the food is hot, and customer service is awesome and polite

Good food.
EXTREMELY slow service, which I totally don't understand since everything is precooked & just waiting to be served. This business model should literally be the quickest fast-food on the planet. (Dine in is easily a 10 minute wait or more if 2 orders are ahead of you. Don't hit the drive thru unless you want to do your taxes & take a nap while waiting. DMV wait times are less than this drive thru!)

Don't eat at this one as much as the one on akron dr but the food here is awesome and service is great only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is last time I went they messed up my order a lil and I tried calling the phone number on the receipt for 3 days and no one ever answered the phone,it wasn't a big deal just wanted to let them know

We wanted to try a local chain but we would have been better off just going to kfc, the wait in line was to long for it being lunch and them having to make stuff fresh, also fried chicken had no flavor so wasn’t anything special.

The employees are very friendly and the chicken is awesome, I will be going back 😋

Parking: Plenty of parking spots, we had no problem parking

Kid-friendliness: The employees are so so friendly even to the kids

Wheelchair accessibility: No steps so that makes it easier
