I had a great experience here today!! There are a lot of options spanning BBQ and Fried Chicken, amazing sides, and sweets as well. The atmosphere is homey and the servers are all super sweet. The amount of food for the amount was impressive! I am super full and feeling good.

After wasting my time and money at little Richard’s for dry, flavorless, and expensive food, I have definitely found a superior bbq experience at Mr. Barbecue! Brisket sandwich was perfect! Chopped sandwich was amazing as well! Superb flavor, great portion at a price that doesn’t break the bank! Will be back again for sure!!

It's been years since I've run across a GOOD BBQ joint. This was one. I wish that they had 1 of these at home.
The chicken strip salad is wonderful. It's full of cucumbers and onions. Not sure why they stopped making homemade banana pudding and went to the instant pudding but thy need to bring it back. It was much better.

For several years I have hired Mr. BBQ to cater an event I hold for 250-300 customers. They always do an outstanding job. I wish I could give 10 stars. They are on time, professional and have more than enough food to accommodate the event. Jimmy and crew are the best!

Quaint little nostalgic restaurant. Our friend who took us has been eating there for decades and highly recommended it. The food and service were both excellent! I was surprised because I’m from WNC and don’t typically care for ENC BBQ, but I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Ordered bana a pudding. It was terrible. Had it before...it was good this time hard rotten bananas. Will never buy their again
