We ordered the individual chicken pot pies and the Moravian pies as part of my daughter's preschool fundraiser. Tonight we 'had' the chicken pot pies. It was flavorless, dry, and had hardly any vegetables. I'm assuming the chicken is fresh, but it honestly reminded me of canned chicken in texture.I looked at the reviews before we placed our order and from what I read, these are the best 'home made' pot pies in the area. We were super excited to try them. I'm very disappointed and out the $$ with only a portion being donated to the school. I don't expect the Moravian pies to be any better, but I will save that review for another night. Next time, I'll just write the check directly to the school and skip the disappointment.

My children have done this fundraiser more than once. It's extremely difficult to get people excited about just 6 products. There needs to be more variety if all the schools and teams are going to use this fundraiser.

I was just given a Moravian chicken pie from a friend and it went immediately in the trash after seeing the deceptive marketing of "scratch-made, homestyle food" vs the nutritional label showing 32g of trans fat per pie, mainly made with palm oil. I'd rather protect my heart than please my taste buds.

Have just bought my second Chicken Pot Pie from Lowe’s Foods in Hickory, NC. Love it, love the history of your story packaging and website. Have really tried to purchase NC items for Christmas presents. Kudos to you and Kudos to Lowe’s( sent my 30 yr.old a “Cheer pkg” of NC from Lowe’s Foods?

If you're into cakes this is the spot. This was my first time eating their cakes. I got 4 different cake squares and a slice of strawberry wt strawberry cream cheese icing. They were all moist fresh and flavorful. Worth the few dollars $8 for it all. My son and I love the cakes we will be back.

I’m not one to write reviews. But I just HAD to write a review for these chicken pies!! Our community church does a fund raiser with these pies. The pastor is going through cancer just as I am. I reached out to him after my daughter bought me a few to try. Due to chemotherapy I could not eat anything. Nothing tasted good. And I was so sick, I wanted nothing. But I tried one of the pies & MAN was it great! And it hit the spot. After talking with Pastor Pruitt he reached out to members of the church & they donated some of their own pies. I just ate the last one & I’ve got to get more. They are delicious!! You won’t find a better chicken out that’s so easy to heat & eat.

I went to Mrs Pumpkin and purchased a couple of cake squares today the strawberry lemonade which was to die for ( because you can actually taste the lemonade in the icing and the strawberry in the cake) and banana pudding. This little Bakery is overlooked too much you get more for your money and the price is really good. I would recommend anyone go check them out.
