I was excited to see there was an authentic Sichuan restaurant close to High Point! This is one of maybe five legitimate Sichuan spots in the state. Loved all of the cold dishes. Everything was good.

Was in Winston until late and looked for a random dim sum restaurant to eat. I got 3 different type of dim sum. Tried the noddle soup because I’ve never seen that type of soup before. It was amazing. Very different type of soup and noddle but it was good. I’m definitely going back. If you haven’t tried this noddle soup dish before. It’s worth a try. Great service too.

The food was very good. No kids menu, but my grandson enjoyed his chicken noodle soup. The steamed dumplings were enjoyed by all of us. The server was friendly and helpful, attentive but not overbearing.

We ordered Dried sauteed string beans and Stream Chicken with House Ginger Garlic Sauce. Both were amazing. You can ask the chef to add more Szechuan pepper if you like to numb your mouth. They even have a tiny backyard garden at the parking lot behind the restaurant and I think that's cool. This should be the restaurant for anyone seeking for authentic Chinese food.

It was a very nice quiet relaxing atmosphere.
Definitely recommend if you’re more into authentic Asian cuisine. It was the perfect level of spice and spicy for me. If you’re not a person that does not like spicy, definitely recommend trying their dumplings.

I had an excellent time at New Sichuan dining in for the first time today. The staff were very welcoming and respectful, service was immediate, and food was on point. I got the house fried rice with a side egg roll, and my dish reminded me of one of my favorite spots back home. The food presentation was great!! I will definitely be back and will tell a friend!

This place has amazing food the Double cooked pork is maybe one of my favorite items anywhere it is a must try for anyone. The Tri pepper fish and the Chili chicken are also unbelievably good. Everything is cooked fresh and well. I have yet to have a bad meal here in years. Try this place!

Framework for Review: I have eaten from this establishment 3 times various chicken dishes. The chicken seems to be low quality, very stringy, small pieces seem to be the gristle. The white rice is cooked well but I do not recommend ordering the fried rice its an upcharge with little to no effort on the seasoning/vegetables. Price vs Quality is 1/5. The service is average 2.5/5.
