North Point Grill

When my food arrived, it wasn't prepared like I requested. The backed potato was rotted when I cut into it it was completely black. I let the manager know about it. So the manager prepared a whole new plate. Which was a lot better. Customer service wasn't good at all. The waitress would rather sit in a booth texting on her phone than actually take care of customers. The place has so much potential to actually be really nice and have amazing food and beat out a y place because people love mom and pop restaurants. I would like to try it again later and hope for a better experience. Even with remaking the food and stuff, the owner didn't comp the meal and give a percentage off, especially trying to feed me a rotted potato.

The service was fast. They were not very busy at this time.
I got the teriyaki beef tips with fried okra and banana pudding. My husband has the chicken pie.
Both tasted very good and full of flavor.
I would definitely stop by again.

It’s good but not like overly amazing. Definitely something to eat when you’re in a rush or on break. The Oreo pudding cake was delicious I can say.

Decided to try Northpoint Grill today, ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a side of potato salad.Now, I was starving, that grilled chicken was hard, old, something you would not even feed a dog! No mayo, no seasonings, dry, hard and old.When I say terribleUghhhhhhhNever, Ever, AgainThat is all I can say..I am a Food Critic

Stopped by based on the reviews. A small crowd had just left and the place was dead. I started with a side salad. It was fresh no wilted lettuce.For main course I got the meatloaf special with mashed and green beans. Potatoes were instant and canned green beans. Felt like eating cafeteria food. The meatloaf was light and fluffy but not much for flavor and it was drown in ketchup. I could see put a little on and let customers add more if please.One peeve of mine is I hate dirty dishes left on my table. Again place was dead manager or owner watching tv, waitress on phone would think some take dishes away.At the end of the meal I put credit card on table indicating I am ready to check out. Waitress on phone staff just walking around watching TV. Finally after about 15 minutes waitress said I can check you out front. Not being a regular had no idea of this. You would think you would at least get the slip so you know what cost is and can base tip. Needless to say unfortunately would not return.

The meat sauce was a bit bland. More garlic and diced onions will help. No disrespect to the chef. I know it's tough to please everyone.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Walk in and got seated immediately. We were greeted right after for drink order. Also food order. We didn’t wait long at all for our food. It came out fresh and definitely hit the spot.

It's not a bad place...but I just ordered vegetable soup and it was horrible. It's called vegetable soup but all I had was mostly greenbeens in oil and it was burnt.

Yall are sleeping on North Point Grill!!!!! ?Food was fresh,fast and FULL of flavor.I took one bite of my Smokehouse Burger and slapped the dash of my work truck so hard my Hubby jumped!!!This Burger really packs a punch, all that crispy bacon and gooey cheese...paired perfectly with their bbq sauce...the patty was not too thin or too thick.The toast was somehow soft AND crunchy!! Never have I ever had toast that I felt I needed to talk about in a review? but they have per-fected it!My hubby got the Greek Platter and he said the salad dressing was the show stopper for him.He was even curious if they would just sell him a bottle of it!!We have eaten here many times over the years and I've never had a bad meal, or had to wait longer than the 10 to 15 minutes it takes to cook your order.The gentleman behind the counter,( I believe may be the owner or manager because hes always there), was so professional and polite. It seems these days quality of service in alot of places has gone down hill, but not at North Point Grill!!!!He gave us our drinks while we waited on our to go order and insisted on refilling the drinks before we left. He really makes sure you know that you're his top priority!Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!!!
