The best pastrami sandwich i have ever had!!!!! 10 outta 10! Met the owner whose spirit and genuine aura, matched the magic which was that pastrami on rye. He responded that the rye came from a local bakery when I commented on how delicious it was.

I normally would show a picture of my food but the Reuben was too good for me to stop eating. A great local spot for lunch or anytime. I would also recommend the pastrami both are great!!!

So glad I found this gem! My new office is right down the street off Country Club and I have to say that all the great reviews I heard about O’Briens Deli were true.
Great menu and excellent service from this family owned husband and wife establishment. Personally it says a lot when the owners are hands on with the customers all day. There’s a reason why the community loves them for so many years.

We recently started going to O’Briens and it reminds me of NY delis. Yes I’m originally from NY. We actually got breakfast and lunch. Closest BEC sandwich to those from NY. Food is great and we will definitely be going back. I’m not in that area often but some places are worth a little ride. Food and staff are great!

You can't go wrong with Boars Head deli meats, and I can definitely taste the higher quality. The pastrami here is absolutely delicious, and the best pastrami sandwich I've had anywhere in the Piedmont Triad.

Highly recommend this small business deli in Winston Salem. Many sandwich, soup, and side item options. Great service! Tables were cleaned off frequently. Gluten free friendly options (ex: bread can be gluten free, lettuce wrap, or a big pickle cut in half). They are known for their reuben and now I know why! German potato salad was delicious. Indoor and outdoor seating area. Coloring pages for kids. We will definitely be back.

Had the Rachel and Ruben. Wasn't overly impressed with either. Didn't care for the soup or pickle. Glad I got to try it. I've heard good things about it.

Yum!! Have passed by a few times and finally stopped in with some buddies for lunch. Very solid selection of sandwiches and sides, great service, nice price, and very quick. I got the chicken and cheddar with bacon and macaroni salad, delicioso. Great place to dine in or takeout.

Nice small deli with the best reuben and macaroni salad I've ever had. All staff members are friendly and efficient. Definitely try the pineapple cake! Highly recommend! The fact that the owner has a picture of Roberto Clemente on the wall did it for me!
