We have been to Oh Calcutta multiple times and the experience is always top notch! Food is exceptional, service always great and we love the atmosphere. We consider to be one the best restaurants in Winston-Salem. Highly recommend it!

I have nothing bad to say about this experience. The tandoori lamb meatballs were amazing!! We ordered two entrees. The serving portions were enough for the both of us. In hindsight we would have shared one dish. The sauces were sooo good that I could have had a double order of naan bread and just sauce. lol. Would definitely go back. We don't live here but if we did we would be regulars. So good. Thank you for an amazing night. It was a good thing that we had to walk back to the hotel otherwise we might've slipped into a food coma. 😂
Disappointed.Felt very rushed by waiter who did not take the time to deal with any soecial requests /allergies in a patient manner The pace of meal was wrong but food tasted good They seated us 15 minutes late and then acted as if they had to get us out quickly

Our waitress was fantastic she was very attentive and friendly and easy going. She went out her way to describe different wording of the menu that I didn't understand. The food was bold and tasty I could only finish half and had to take the rest home. The restaurant is a lot bigger inside than it looks on the outside and it's got a nice subtle sophistication to it. Even with all the energetic ruckus of outside it felt very quiet and serene in the restaurant. Me and my friend went for the first time last night. I would definitely return on a weekday.

The food was absolutely incredible! The beet and sweet potato was fantastic, eggplant and the 3 lentil and spinach soup was the best Indian food I've ever had. Our waiter was so nice and accommodating with my dog sitting outside. The owner was great, got to talk to him for awhile and will definitely be visiting his other restaurants in the near future. Highly recommend!

The price quality ratio just didn't work for me. The rice felt like it wasn't fresh, the pork had very little flavor, the best part were the veggies as a side dish. The food was really just not up to the what server sold it to be. Even the naan didn't taste flavorful. Also I had to basically knock on the kitchen door so somebody would take my order. Nobody to host and it was well past 12:20 pm, not at 11 am or something like that.

This was our first time to Oh'Calcutta and we will definitely be back! Our sever Devin was fantastic and made excellent recommendations for us. Our table shared the curry gumbo, gunpowder chicken, Gobi and brussel pakora and chicken Tikka masala. All of the dishes were well portioned and full of flavor. It was our son's bday and they treated him to a delicious crème brûlée. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and we will cannot wait to return to try more dishes on the menu!
