Yesterday me and my family was at olive garden waiting to be seated. A lady came in and told the lady at the front desk there was a homeless guy out side. And that she wanted to buy him a meal and she let her no he didn't ask for anything. The lady that worked there said ok go over to the bar and make the order. She did and payed for it. After the lady and her family was sat. The manger went out and made the guy leave. That was so wrong. His food was paid for. Then when we got our food they brought have the food out some of is was already done by the time the rest had gotten there food. Do better

We were told that we would have about a 30-minute wait, ending up 1 hr 15 min. Service was very slow. The waiter skipped one person in our party altogether except for the drink. Four of us got chicken gnocchi, and there was very little chicken or gnocchi. My son-in-laws meal was cold, and no one ever asked my friend if she wanted to order something. She just ate some salad and said that was the worst service that she had there. We had just been there about two weeks prior to our visit.

Valentine's takeout did not turn out good. A 10 minute drive each, what could go wrong ? The 8:30 pick up was handed to me cold at 930. The food was mediocre at best. No apology for late order. Got home and the shrimp dish wasn't in order, now replaced by chicken. IF, someone had said "sorry" that could have helped, and given the delay on Valentine's, there was a truly great logical fix. However, they could have tried, and they didn't. Taste wise, and service wise a Domino's pizza would have beat this.

I don't recommend the Winston-Salem NC location. Food was just ok, service wasn't up to standards for Olive Garden. Trying to get a box took a long time due to waiter not be attentive as he should have been. When I did get a box, I wasn't given a bag to put it in. When a party of 4 came into his section it was obvious that I invisible to him. The kiosk was broken so I had to wait a bit for waiter to come so I could ask how to pay. I was never asked about me wanting dessert. How rude it was that I wasn't even given the chocolate mint that Olive Garden always gives out. No thanks you aren't worth my time or money!

Where do I start.. We ordered dinner last night at 6:50 and it said would be ready by 7:20. I waited until 8:05 before I was handed my food and you could tell it was waiting a while for the food because when I got home it was cold I had to reheat it in the microwave. They said all they were waiting on was the kids fries and when I got the fries they were Luke warm like they were sitting waiting for other things.

IMHO the quality of the food has diminished in the past couple of years~less flavorful and I asked the waitress to take my plate back to the kitchen to be warmed up. Shouldn't have to do that. Olive Garden needs to update their menus and offer some newer dishes.

How hard is it to read an order and give a shit about the food you serve? We ordered ahead at 4:30 pm for a 7 pm order. Yes it's Saturday and busy, however ordering that far ahead and we sat there for 45 minutes, we walked in at 7:45 to get our food. We waited another 15 minutes. We finally got our food and realized we had a missing order of breadsticks. We told them and waited another 15 minutes. We finally got our breadsticks and left(we checked at home with our mistake of not checking in the resturant again but we ordered 6 extra bread and got 4 someone cant count). We get home, realized our food has barely any in it. the chicken and shrimp in the carbanara is dry and rubbery, the chicken parm barely had any sauce and it was undercooked chicken with an over cooked cheese topping. The salads barely had any in them and we didn't get croutons nor dressing for any of our salads. We spent $70 and got barely edible food. It is pathetic, wasted money on piss poor food. we won't be going back. your staff can't count, nor care what goes into their bags. They can't read either. When people spend hundreds on a meal they expect quality. Your olive garden doesn't have that.

Ordered food from this place and waited over an hour outside. Went in to get a refund and got to arguing with the whole staff over a refund. Got into a pushing match with an employee and manager. And didn't get food or refund and the cops charged me with assault and also told me I would have to go to court to get my money back from them. Meanwhile didn't charge the manager with touching me. I would really give no star if I could. Yes I was pissed when I went in and yes I was yelling cause I was most definitely upset for the wait time.

Placed an order online and was told it would be ready at 730 arrived to the store and husband has been waiting for 50 min in store and I called multiple times and was on hold for 15 min and no one wants to give answers. If I hadn’t paid online I would have left already but I can’t even get a manager to help or give me answers

I was highly disappointed with our visit and meals today. The food was so salty and the flavored tea much too sweet. The service was not up to standard and the staff seem nonchalant about it. Needless to say, it will be a long time before returning to this location, if ever. Although there was an offer to bring another dish, there was no offer to discount the meals. We left food on the table. Money wasted. Also watch your bills because the table games were automatically charged to the bill. If you didn't catch it, you would pay for it. The waitress said it was happening to a number of tables.

Service is always crappy. They need to get it together. You should not have to wait 10 minutes before someone speaks to you at the table. Staff is always rude.

I was disappointed with my recent dining experience at Olive Garden, especially given the price increase. The food was not as well-prepared as I had expected, considering the cost. It had been a while since my family and I last visited, and we were hoping for a better overall experience in terms of service, atmosphere, and, most importantly, the quality of the food. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet the standards of our previous positive experiences, and it may be some time before we return. It used to be one of our favorite spots, but after this visit, that is no longer the case.
