Seated very quickly and our waitress, Sylvia, was simply amazing, extremely kind, polite and had lot of patience with my two grandchildren. Thanks for restoring my confidence in Olive Garden after a bad experience at Olive Garden in Charlotte.

My boyfriend and I came here after shopping at the mall. We were expecting good service only to never be served at all for 25 mins. We flagged another waitress and put our food and drink order in only to STILL not get any drinks or breadsticks for another 15 mins. Absolute disappointing.

The food was cold my girlfriend didn’t eat hers had to take it home to reheat and the people who sat beside us one of them sent a plate back for not being hot enough as well ..a few years ago this use to be the place to be for good food now it’s just sorry and this the second time yall have let me down ( the one by Hanes Mall ) 👎🏾

Very disappointed
Called to try a reserve a table for Sunday. My family is have a dinner together. One of my nephews is severely nonverbal autistic and the reason why we call ahead. He stems ect. Was told they can’t hold a table away from everyone else because of the “church crowd”
This is discrimination and you’re lucky I don’t put you on blast!!!! I will let the autism community know. Do better!

Good Food, Slow Service

My husband and I came here after a bad experience with Cracker Barrel, and we were seated immediately and helped right away, which we really appreciated. We both ordered the 6oz sirloin with Alfredo, and the food itself was great.

My only real complaint is the service after ordering. It took so long to get our breadsticks and salad that they didn’t arrive until the entrées came out. On top of that, our server only brought two breadsticks at a time and seemed really hesitant to bring more. Not to sound dramatic, but the salad and breadsticks are a big part of why people go to Olive Garden, so that was disappointing.

Our waitress also could’ve been more attentive. She spent a lot of time behind the bar gossiping with other customers about people in the restaurant, which didn’t come off as very professional.

Overall, the food was good and we were seated quickly, but the service definitely has room for improvement.

Honestly just amazing. We had crazy service and there are very good deals. Our server was very upbeat and attentive and she was insanely kind. The food was great and I would recommend getting the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. It was delicious. Would definitely come back.

Togo order at Hanes Mall location took an hour longer than what it was supposed to. After finally getting it home we realized they didn't give us one of our meals that we paid for. I live too far away to go back and try to get what I paid for so I guess I'll just do a charge back.
Very disappointed and would recommend finding somewhere else
