Wouldn’t recommend getting the unlimited soup/salad if you don’t have an attentive server. I was only able to get 1 soup and then we had to leave. Our server wasn’t checking in periodically

It was prom night and me and my boyfriend arrived around 4:30, we made staff aware that the other half of the party would not arrive for another hour. I felt like a burden for stealing seats that others could have used during this time but our server, I believe their name was Emery was so sweet and kind to us, even during the hour we waited for the other two to arrive. She was fantastic and made our night, thank you Emery! ❤️

Menu is disappointing. It's been awhile since we've been to OG I was excited to go however we won't be back. It was way over priced. I know everything has gone up but can't believe I paid more here than Rainforest Cafe in Disney....

I brought my son to the Olive Garden because he said he has never been! Our server Brittany was absolutely AMAZING!! She made sure that we were comfortable and made our experience one to remember! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT

*UPDATE* The GM did contact me and so did Olive Garden. It was resolved and very professional. So I changed the rating to 4 stars. When a restaurant goes out of it's way like this, it makes a difference. Thank you.The waitress told me that the never-ending soup/salad wasn't an option if we got entrees. I'd never had this happen at Olive Garden. She brought our salad bowl, and there was dressing all over the handle. The salad plate had food stuck to it, so she took her nail and scraped it off. I tipped her anyway and left with no intention of ever eating there again. There was so much more, including dried out Alfredo, under cooked bread sticks, no lemon in our water, no pacing between appetizers, salad, and the main meal. Service isn't what it used to be. So sad. Olive Garden was always a favorite for us. I know people would say don't tip when service is bad, but I'm just not a mean person, and I know that tips are vital for servers.Do better at this and every location.

The worst location. The hotress staff along with the manager attitudes were beyond bad, they were very rude. As far as the food, who knows as we left. Never again will visit that location. I guess we will visit there competition in Winston-Salem next time we want Italian food. If I could I would have given NO STARS!
