Jordan the manager is not good, order to go food every week from here and was not told that they were unable to make my order how I wanted it until I pulled up into the parking lot, Jordan came out and explained that they no longer do all flats even though outback rules are āno rules just rightā well apparently not. He acted like this was a role although I literally just got this same order a couple days ago. He refused to make my order, even though the employee that was helping me didnāt understand. You should fire him I will no longer be coming back to the outback.

Havenāt been to this location in a few years, but man it has gone downhill. We got put on the waitlist online and still had to wait 15+ minutes when we got here. They didnāt have a selection of draft for an issue with the keg and then didnāt have tall glasses for beer. The glasses for the other drinks seemed dirty and the water had small specks floating in it. Food took over an hour to come out once it did, despite not being busy. Steak was overcooked and the filet tasted like a sirloin, and was extremely salty. Mac and cheese was extremely oily, salty, and tasted like straight black pepper, it was also barely warm. Was never asked if we wanted a refill on drinks once. Restaurant overall seemed dirty and bathrooms were disgusting. The prices are outrageous also.

Usually love eating here. We are weekly visitors to this location. Each time we go it seems like things just get worse and worse. Waited like 30 minutes on my husband's drink. (Every time we've been the last 4 or 5 times) After that he asked for a beer. They brought him a 0% alcohol beer. When we said something about it they told us they didnt have any regular heineken. Then he tries to order a 11 oz sirloin that he gets every week. Which we were informed that they dont have an 11 oz. anymore. My mom tried to order broccoli and cheese which she gets every week and they dont sell that anymore either apparently. Then my baked potato came out dry as a bone with no sour cream or butter. Its just aggravating after it happens more than once. It wasn't our servers fault she was great. But the restaurant needs to do better in general.

Not only was the food a five star rating, but our to-go order server Jaleel was an outstanding five star. He was very polite, professional, and prompt. I highly recommend this Outback location and it would be anyone's please to be serviced by Mr. Jaleel.

This location never disappoints! The employees are always attentive, nice, and do their job well. Their steaks are cooked to perfection (no re-cook or send backs). The servers are great about spacing each item out so that your table isn't piled up. Or your food getting cold while you try to finish your appetizer or salad. The portions are average (we always have leftovers). So yes definitely worth your money and time. They have great specials daily. With great prices and variety.

Very sorry place to eat. I hate to say that because it has been a great place to eat for years. We went here expecting a good meal, we sat here with no bread, completely out of all sweet and regular potatoes. To top it off ever ate with pastic wear. Very sad place and would never recommend. Management cares nothing about customers and itās very easy to tell!

Came in veteran day and this place was very understaffed , waited an hour to be seated and then someone that came in after me got called before me not good, the reason why was the computer has a mind of its own. I ordered the steak and bake potato ask for extra butter and sourced and got none till I ask for it plus the potato did not have butter on it just a little sourcream. So not coming back here. The server was ok
Absolutely awful. Worst outback Iāve ever experienced. Food was horrible. Burger was raw. Didnāt even finish.
Slow service. Dirty. No silverware or cloth napkins, maybe they ran out? Styrofoam cups for dipping sauce.

Matthew was our server at the Winston-Salem, NC, location. He was professional and very personable. He was attentive without hovering. He is a definite asset to Outbackā¼ļø
I would not order from this location. I placed an order for pick up and it was so poorly packaged, I wouldnāt be surprised if they spit in my food too. The fact that I paid money for this is offensive. A great example is that I found shredded cheese in a container with chocolate shavings thatās supposed to go on a dessert while the other containers for toppings were empty or had sour cream which tells me that there is a larger issue within the kitchen that probably affects food safety as well. Not to mention, I placed plenty to get orders from outback and this was the only one where all of the packaging was off.Already contacted the restaurant and I never leave reviews, but this is concerning enough to warn others.
Go to another location, even if you have to drive an extra 20 minutes. Save yourself the trouble and concern for food safety.
