We had a delicious meal and great experience here! We really enjoyed the blooming chicken and sirloin.

Food was salty and couldn't really taste much of the food. Bread and butter needed salt. I thought it was a strange flip. Service was great and sat down quickly. The server, taking my order, stopped by to check on us and was polite. I had what i wanted but didn't have the sauce that made the dish what it is. I will say i killed that steak like it owed me money. Side note what was extra salty was the blooming shrimp.

Quoted 35 minutes for a table. 45 minutes later was told it’d be another 30 minutes. Asked the manager, named JB, he couldn’t care less.
Go to the one in High Point. So much better service/managers.

I went there yesterday and the first red flag was that the waitress took 15 minutes to even just ask for our drinks. Then once the food came: The chicken was dry and even the fries were dry. Working in the food industry I know that those fries were old. We then saw the waitress serve her other tables water and barely went up to us. Never again and for the price it was definitely not worth my money

I am not sure you read the entire review. Surely you did not. Your customer service at this visit was not professional.
Food is great . 2nd time visiting. First young lady that brought the food out was very pleasant and people oriented. The second visit the young lady seemed to care less that she was bringing the food out or to mention thank you or you're welcome or anything for that matter. She received a $5 tip just to bring food out. She by no means deserved that. Maybe just needs to be retrained with customer service . Also I could not figure out how to do the rewards and she did not offer to make sure I got it.

I ordered the Outback Prime Rib and am not impressed. It ranged from 2½ inches to ¾ inch thick and, as such, was nowhere in the neighborhood of Medium Rare; more along the lines of Medium Well! The seasoning was very good, but the lack of marbling made it the toughest meat I've had at a "Steak" restaurant in a long time! Our server, Matt, was very good at his job!

Greeted with a smile by friendly hostess Lena, great service by Sanei and visited at our table by manager, LB. A steak that was ordered was not properly prepared and LB quickly rectified the issue. Great service all around from start to finish!

No one asked us during the meal if we ever wanted drink refills @ all. Other than bringing our checks. I really don't want a lot of attention, but one offer would have been nice, I could have used one. I don't feel we should flag someone for it, tho. Just to check in, once to see if all is good or if in need of anything. Food was perfect!! Nice staff with notable smiles.
Parking: Noticed a lot of trash around the outside of the restaurant. Even a broken chair thrown up against the building in the bushes & looked like it had been there for a while. Seen an apron on the ground in the back of the store with chairs, guess smoke area? Just something that could be fixed really easy as the dumpster was only a short walk away. Seemed odd.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Restaurantji Recommends
Red headed hostess was rude and a nightmare. Set up for call ahead 2 hours earlier. Still had a 30+ minute wait when we arrived. A different host was assisting but she butted in with an attitude. We walked. Do not recommend. Oh and there many open and clean tables with people waiting to be sat.

Don't bother, go to a locally owned restaurant for better food and service and price! The food was below average at Outback, hella overpriced. Support your neighbors and get better food - avoid Outback. It's overpriced nothing-burgers.
i placed a takeout order while having a drink at the bar.Ive worked in restaurants. Service was ok, but my complaint is the food. I ordered grilled shrimp appetizer and a weds side salad. It took a normal amount of time to prepare, but they did not include bread&butter or utensils. The shrimp was supposed to be 8 pieces but there were 6. The shrimp was too salty. 4 shrimp were very over seasoned and 2 had almost no seasoning. The salad was sub average. And my order with tip was 40$. For 40$ i just expect more than my local diner can do. If I had just gone to Pete's Diner I could have got the same food for half the price. I just expected a better dinner from Outback. I ate the food, but it wasn't very good and definitely not worth the price. No more chain restaurants for me. The money just lines the pockets of the 1% and as a customer I receive low quality food. I'd rather give that money to Pete's and help my local community and neighbors. That was my last meal at Outback. They're the walmart of restaurant. I would encourage everyone to skip the expense and get better food, better service, and support your neighbors by going to locally owned restaurants. You help all of america when you buy local.

Had to wait a little extra longer when picking up my curbside, but that was expected considering it was a Friday night and they were busy with a wait.. The servers were so nice and definitely doing their best to get everyone's correct order out in a timely fashion..
