The food was hot and fresh, the employees were okay nothing special. And as usual it cost about $32 for two people to eat.

I literally stood on line for 10 minutes while at least 5 employee's walked by including the manager not acknowledging any customer at all. I had to walk up to the counter and ask if someone was taking orders and they still walked by terrible customer service

I never write reviews, but I am livid. I placed an online order for delivery and it said it was delivered, but was not. I called Panera and was put on hold for several minutes and had to call back numerous times. I asked for a refund and was told that doordash would have to issue the refund. I called doordash and they said that Panera would have to issue the refund since the order was placed on their website so I called Panera back and asked to speak to a manager and was yet again put on hold and then told that the manager was too busy to speak with me and to leave my information. I work in healthcare and wasted my entire 30 minute lunch break on the phone and still have no food.
Always a great choice for breakfast, brunch, or lunch! Soups,, salad, bagels, sandwiches, and fresh made pastries. Something for everyone! Green smoothie is awesome!

Came with my partner tonight, only real highlight was the broccoli cheddar soup warmed from a bag. 15 minute wait time for Mac n cheese and a half sandwich. Both orders served with rock hard cold baguettes. Staff was truthfully in their own worlds, the service wasn’t terrible, but certainly not decent enough to consider coming back.

I ordered 2 dozen bagels, sliced and toasted with 4 tubs of cream cheese. I also ordered the mini orange scones. When I opened the bagels it was a mixed bag of tops and bottoms of the bagels, they made no effort to pair them back up after slicing. There was no cream cheese. Instead of mini scones, they chopped up normal sized scones. I ordered utensils and I received 3 knives and 7 napkins. I was embarrassed by the breakfast I presented to my guests.

Low stock of baked goods (1pm), needs a little reviving in atmosphere and staff motivation to provide smiling faces at front of house and food prep.

I completed a pickup order. As I was leaving with my order (iced coffee with whipped cream and cinnamon), a couple stopped and told me that an employee accidentally spilled too much cinnamon on the top of the drink, and ended up blowing on the drink to get off the excess cinnamon. This is not sanitary whatsoever.
