Panera Bread never disappoints, love the touchscreen ordering. Broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl is A+ comfort food.

Second time there in a row that they’ve been out of BREAD! Maybe they should change the name to “Panera No Bread” 🤔 (Plus, the guy was really rude about it when I acted surprised.)
Who does really good they take care of their customers and they provide a decent meal for a reasonable price
I know it's tough working in food service these days, but there's no reason for the dining room floor to be filthy, tables tops to be dirty, and many house flies to be swarming around. I won't coming back for a while.
The service at this location has become drastically worse. There were 5 people in the food service area today. Customers were waiting a very long time for their orders. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 salads. Waited over 20 minutes for 3/4 of our order. They marked our order as ready without the last sandwich. Had to wait over 20 minutes for the last sandwich. They were all running around and into each other like they had no clue what to do next. They were opening up sandwiches trying to figure out what they were, asking customers repeatedly what they had ordered or were waiting on, and even asked a customer waiting on a to-go order to open a sandwich on the counter on see if that was hers. One employee had hair extensions that extended past her buttocks and were flying around everywhere in the food prep area. I will not be back.
My girlfriend stopped by to get some bread bowls. They were already cut open. Why would anyone want to go get bread from a bakery that's already been cut open and stale.

Been coming to this location on and off for years. Use to be my favorite one until recently. Service here in the morning is atrocious. Especially after today. Never in my left have I ever seen an employee follow a customer out asking why they didn’t want an order. Not only embarrassing to the customer but completely unprofessional on the employee. I never have any issues any other time or with any other employee but this one. I’m seriously rethinking on going back to Starbucks for my morning drinks

I literally just drove off from there and I’m highly disappointed. I ordered a toasted Cinnamon swirl raisin bagel with cream cheese when I pulled up to the window and the man had a stick in his mouth, he open my bag up ask me what I ordered and spit is flying out his mouth. Then the mgr. Come up to the window rushing me off with a deep arch in his back and ask me do I want my change !!!! ( OG COURSE I WANT MY .33 cents ) Worst service I ever had I’m very surprised they hired people like this… I didn’t even complained I just drove off

Will not be visiting this establishment. As a person who has worked in CS over 10+ years I understand how customers should be treated. It's completely unacceptable to be rude, and belligerent in customer service. I will be reaching out to corporate in regards to this location and the employees working the closing shift on Sunday 9/22/2024 that were extremely rude to the nice family just trying to have a nice meal.
