Like many places order by kiosk only.No one to ask any questions about their menu. After placing my order for 2 bagels to go and waiting at the counter for 15 minutes i was able to get someone's attention in the back.They told me give them a minute. A person finally came out and bagged 2 bagels out of the bin. My first and last time coming!!!

This has been the 4th time I have visited this location and all 4 times I have waited over 20 minutes for a completed order. I thought it was just a bad day so I gave it another chance and all 4 times they have either took my order then marked an item as unavailable, or the order has been completely wrong. On the 2nd visit I waited over 30 mins for a fruit cup……and those are already prepared they just have to take it out of the fridge. I’ve not had any unpleasant run in with the staff they all seem to be very quiet but they are for sure not in a hurry to fix or prepare your order. The service and quality of food has gone way down but the price of their food has gone WAY up.

Kimberly and Kennedy were really good. Nice place to chill. I had the smoke BBQ chicken sandwich, Fuji apple chicken salad and caramel latte (with almond milk) and they were really good. I would definitely go back.

This is the Garden Avo with Egg white. As you can see it’s a tiny slice of avocado that tasted raw…really sad order. Never returning again to this or any Panera.

The salad I got was the green goddess Cobb and it was embarrassingly bad. The tomato’s were rotten and my purple onion was so old it was almost white. My pomegranate tea had zero flavor. My husband did like his sandwich at least. I will not be returning here. We spent almost $50 for bad food.
PSA to anyone planning to eat at Panera Covelli on Reynalda road, 27106,NC. This is Bria, one of the assistant managers at Panera Covelli on Reynalda road, 27106,NC. My experience with her was unpleasant to say the least. She is incredibly loud and aggressive and lacks the cognitive discipline to be a manager. She has little to no emotional intelligence and does not have the critical thinking skills to assess a situation and formulate a logical response. She is very emotional and emotion led making it difficult for her to think rationally in certain circumstances. In the past month she’s fired 3 great employees who have been there for years dispute the fact that she herself is relatively new there having been there for only a couple of months. Panera should look into
