Papa Johns Pizza

Called 6 times. The one time they didn't immediately put me on hold, they refused to honor the family specialty deal unless I ordered online. This store at 1330 S Hawthorne in Winston-Salem is not available online. It is quite literally not there. I tried to call to explain this, but again... would not answer the phone.

I have been a customer of this location for years. Ordered delivery and paid for the order online. Managet gets on the phone with driver and says they want deliver next time, because my number was invalid. Number worked perfectly when I reverse called them. Seriously it's the same number they have had in the system for over years. Worse service ever. Especially when they lied about calling from store and number was driver's cell. Door Dash delivers all the time and leaves orders no clue what makes Papa John's so special when they already got paid for the food.

Placed a future order 48 hours in advance for a birthday party with a limited time window. Set a time 15 minutes early just in case. Food still arrived so late that our reservation expired and we had to finish the party in a parking lot.

Being from our of town and trying to get the address to our hotel and then picking the closest location. It was a little crazy getting the order put in and making sure of the price of the pizza was correct. The driver did a really great job and was extremely nice and friendly, thanks ALLAJAH...

I noticed the cashier did not wash her hands before she made the pizza. He must over heard our conversation. She went and wash her hands and dry her hands off on her pants

Ordered online with a 55 minute delivery time. Called to check on my order after an hour and was told it would be another hour. After 2 hours I finally got a cold pizza. Delivery guy told me it was fresh out of the oven but it was cold. For $30 for one pizza and 2 hours waiting was hoping it would at least be hot. Order pick up from a different location if you want it hot.
