Placed a future order 48 hours in advance for a birthday party with a limited time window. Set a time 15 minutes early just in case. Food still arrived so late that our reservation expired and we had to finish the party in a parking lot.

I noticed the cashier did not wash her hands before she made the pizza. He must over heard our conversation. She went and wash her hands and dry her hands off on her pants

Ordered online with a 55 minute delivery time. Called to check on my order after an hour and was told it would be another hour. After 2 hours I finally got a cold pizza. Delivery guy told me it was fresh out of the oven but it was cold. For $30 for one pizza and 2 hours waiting was hoping it would at least be hot. Order pick up from a different location if you want it hot.

When I usually order here everything be perfect until today I ordered breadsticks and pizza and ended up with 2 orders of breadsticks . I’ve been in the restaurant business for years so I understand sometimes mistakes happen but come on now yall mainly advertise pizza so how can you mess that up , then I call up to the store nobody is answering .
Came all the way to my house with our order and took it all back because he didn't have change. We're only talking about 40 dollars and I was giving him a 20 dollar tip when the bill was 37. Have your people come prepared.

I highly would not recommend ordering from this location over the phone. I placed an order for 6 hot wings and the manager (he said he was) never put my order in. I offered to come in and pick the wings up to make it easier for the driver and he said I would receive my order in 40 minutes. I called to check on my order for the second time and yet never received the order. I then went to Domino's and received my food with no attitude or hesitation. 0/10 recommend.
