One time the driver forgot my two sodas said he would go right back and return. He did an hour later, I call and complained, and my next order was free, pizza and wings, they will do you right.

If I could rate this store, I would give it a ZERO. The last two times I ordered from here, the pizza wasn't cooked properly — the bottom was white and doughy. Today, on July 20, 2024, I decided to try Papa John's on 1215 West Clemmonsville Rd. again. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with my order, and I ended up waiting over an hour and thirty minutes for my pizza. When I called to inquire, the manager, Autumn, was incredibly rude and accused me of lying about my order being made at their location. She repeatedly hung up on me while I tried to explain and resolve the issue. I called from two different devices to contact the store and each time I was placed on hold or hung up on. After calling for the sixth time on a private number I was able to provided her all the details of my order she finally confirmed my order was there, she hung up again after I asked for a refund due to her attitude on the phone and that the pizza sat at the location for almost 2 hours. I hope no one ever receives this type of customer service, and as for Autumn she definitely needs to be without a job or definitely not in leadership (manager) she escalated the situation instead of trying to assist.

When these guys at the Clemmonsville location say 12 -20 minutes, you may as well go somewhere else. Tonight was the 5th or 6th time that I have gone to pick up my order at this location, AFTER waiting the assigned time only to find that my pizzas are not even started on. When you get there, they say, "would you like to wait 12 more minutes". This is 9:40pm on a Tues. Why??? And the employees that work there don't even care. They need to hire more people, get better employees or just shut it down.

Will NEVER get pizza from here again. I waited an hour for my pizza to be delivered..only to receive a message asking me to rate my delivery. I NEVER
got it. Maybe the driver has been smoking weed again ornjust plain incompetent. Heading to Marcos Pizza!

I am a regular handicapped customer who patronize this resturant often. I never have a problem unless this one heavy set redhead bearded person is running the front. I never put in my pick up order till I'm in front of the store. Tonight was like always except this man was running the front. I always get the notification my pizza is ready and I can call into the store tell them who I am and they bring it out because I tell them I'm handicapped. When this gentleman is running the front, just like tonight there was onevehicle when I got there then left. I placed my order, got the notification and called the store he answers the phone puts it on hold continues to walk around in circles and talking to cook. He picks up the phone, puts it back on hold. I hang up and call back same thing happens. So I have to unload this large walker, car pulls up, driver and passenger get out. Driver helps me get into store. When they left I asked was he finally ready to work. I asked him why he kept putting the calls on hold, he tried to say because he saw cars come up. I told him I had been the only car sitting out there. He still trying to tell me he put calls on hold because of these imaginary vehicles pulling up. He tells.me to get out and don't come back and he was going to leave a note for the manager. I said please do, your manager knows who I am be cause I'm a regular. So if he is constantly putting calls on hold how much money is the store losing when he is there and us handicapped patrons have to get out and worry about tripping. Yes, I could have had my order delivered. But, why should I have too when a little courtessy is all that is required!
