Beware of ordering online! Ordered the epic stuffed crust special for $13.99 and a thin crust pepperoni for 8.99. The driver showed up with one pizza, I said we ordered 2 pizzas. He asked if I ordered online, said the same thing happened last night. When I called to inquire, the manager stated only one pizza came through, I responded the pizza was $13.99 and I was charged 24.79 (the 2 pizzas) he replied there was nothing he could do about the specials online and it charged me full price for the stuffed crust! What a rip off!

I have only lived in Winston Salem for four months. First time ordering pizza from Pappa John's. I am very satisfied and will keep them in mind for future orders.One thing I ordered was BBQ wings. They were sooo good and covered in a very generous amount of BBQ sauce.

This pizza and wings were not done. The cheese was half way melted and slided to one side. Asked for wings to be bake twice and they were half way cooked. I wish I could upload the pic of the pizza. This was a horrible food experience.

I order three pizza and all of them they are not cooked and they have hair in them I talked to the general manager two time and he promised me I will get me a refund I waited but I did not get nothing so I called to see what's going on hey tell me he can't give me a refund he want to give me credit for a pizza I told him I am not going to get any pizza from that location because it's nasty then he told me he does not care. this type of service we get these days do not get anything from this location it's very nasty and is disrespectful to customer .God bless

We’ve ordered delivery from this location 3 times since moving to the area. The 2 stars are for the delivery being on time, every time. I was super disappointed in the quality each time though. The pizza is undercooked. Please Papa John’s rectify this issue. We the people WANT to love you, but how can we when you won’t fix the quality control issue?

Papa Johns has always been my favorite pizza place but both Winston locations have been awful. The pizza crust looks like the kind you can get premade at the grocery store…Flat and flavorless. Use to be fluffy and fresh tasting. I don’t know if this is a local issue or a company wide one but I won’t be ordering from either Winston location again. Not worth the time and money.
