I ordered a medium pizza around 7:30 and waited two hours. The tracking showed it was delivered, but we never received it. The driver delivered the pizza outside my apartment complex without calling us or notifying us in any way. They simply left it outside and left. This is completely unacceptable! The only solution offered was a remake, which would take another hour or so. There was no concern for leaving the pizza outside — just disrespectful behavior.

This Papa John's restaurant people that work there don't care they don't cut your pizza all the way through like they're supposed to I've been having a problem with this way way too long and does not do no good to complain they just don't listen and they don't care and they overcharged for delivery fee and the food is not no longer good like it used to be as well

My papadia was so greasy that it was flimsy as if the dough wasn’t cooked enough. They replaced it and it was cooked much better on one side than the other . I basically picked over them to try to at least see if I could hold it I was so disappointed because I was hungry . I just won’t order from them again

I guess it would seem strange to compliment a pizza joint did not sell or deliver me a pizza. But, Jacob was authentic and an interested in helping me after midnight even though they did not deliver to me. He was personable and helpful.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and waited 40 minutes just for them to get my address so wrong they tell they would call me soon about my pizza (they didn’t) I had to call them back which took forever to get any 5 minute call before I would be put on hold to the point I remember the damn commercial just for them to tell me my order was canceled (and they never told me btw) and that the new address I gave them was which is on the same road as them was not in there delivery area do not order here bro

I gave you guys 5 stars for food, service was 3 stars since I came into the store, I was the only one there and was not acknowledged for some time. And I gave 1 star for atmosphere since you don't even have a chair for those of us with issues standing for lengths of time or for the elderly. Seems like you would want to take care of those customers as well as the young and healthy.

I just have to brag I never in my life as a single mama struggling juggling work today and a fussy baby and loud barking dog have had someone so kind as the delivery driver Jeff. He went out of his way to be so patient and understanding he could hear the baby screaming on the doorbell. Camera bugs wouldn’t get my pizza. He left it in the bag and swung back by to get the bag when he came back by. He brought a brownie there needs to be more in the world. I hope he gets the recognition that he deserves, a big asset and I hope corporate sees !!!
The staff were very friendly and the wings were fine but my pizza was burned. I just got a medium cheese pizza and wings. Either they burned the pizza when initially making it or they were reheating an old pizza and left it in too long. Either way the pizza is really dry and I’m really disappointed.

Do not order from here. Ordered deliver and left a good tip. Store changed the order to carry out. Drove to store and pizza was delivered to the house. Called store to get a response of essentially: “yea, you are third person today this has happened with… Nothing we can do…”Edit, no sauce on wings or ranch dipping… Nothing they can do about this either.
