Do not order from here. Ordered deliver and left a good tip. Store changed the order to carry out. Drove to store and pizza was delivered to the house. Called store to get a response of essentially: “yea, you are third person today this has happened with… Nothing we can do…”Edit, no sauce on wings or ranch dipping… Nothing they can do about this either.

Service was excellent. Ordered pickup around 5p on 1/25/24 and the young man greeted me with the biggest smile ever. He was very courteous. The pizza was great. First time at this location and everyone was working away! Great team! THANK YOU ALL.

My husband and I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks yesterday. An HOUR after our order was placed, the order arrived. We opened the box and there was not a single pepperoni on the pizza even though the receipt, the sticker on the box, and the email from the order all stated PEPPERONI pizza. I called the store and offered to bring the pizza back to the store even though we paid for delivery. The manager assured us he would have the pizza remade and redelivered within 20 minutes. Another HOUR went by and still no pizza. After calling the store three additional times, the manager told us he didn’t know where the driver was or where our pizza was and offered no other resolution. At the TWO HOUR mark, we called the store and asked for a refund for just the pizza. The manager stated he would refund it immediately. Almost 24 hours later, we still do not have a refund, replacement pizza or apology. The customer service is horrendous at this location and order accuracy is not a top priority. Buyers beware.
The first and last time coming to this location. When I was driving up and about to park the delivery driver for this location almost hit me head on speeding around the corner as in a race to park. Once I placed my 3 pie order it became clear as day that the ppl here don't like their job. It literally took almost 30 min for 3 basic pizzas. I'll bypass this one like the plague next time

I was told pizza would arrive in 20 to 30 mins ordered at 9:07pm pizza guy didn't show up until 11:13: pm 2 hours later by then I no longer wanted it didn't answer the door refuse to pay for a late pizza that was no doubt cold screw that. Very terrible don't recommend

Good grief, what a nightmare. Can hardly get anyone to even answer the phone when your order is late, and it’s poor quality. Like I don’t expect a Michelin star when it comes to delivery pizza, but my god, this is even below John Schattner’s public intoxication/ racist tirade standards.

Do not use this pizza restaurant. Last Saturday night I called in an order, and arrived 30 minutes later as directed. I knew it was going to be trouble when the first guy in line had to get the manager to help find his order. After 8 minutes he told the guy it would take 40 minutes to complete his order. The second guy in line had a mystery order also that could not be found. After another 10 minutes his order was found, and his wait was also another 25 minutes, after he had waited 30 minutes to come over. After this I knew I was screwed. Gave the guy my name, couldn't find the order. Tried my sons name by chance, couldn't find the order. Gave him the phone number snd order number, no joy. This place was totally and completely unorganized and the poor kid at the register looked like he was about to pull his hair out. I left and drove over to Reynolda Road and had no problems. Than guess what, an hour and 20 minutes after we placed the order, we got a message that our order (that they couldn't find) was ready for pickup. I guess there must beca lot of profit in pizza, because that place was a disaster.
