New to city. Ordered online. ''manager''cannot find my order. But $51.18 certainly taken out of account. ''manager" very rudely says to call sarvew or something. I asked him to call, I'm new to area. he says call sarvew, I AM helping you. Done with Papa John's ,and that's sad I hate cooking. And you were our first choice. Edit:I have now read the reviews for this store and I don't understand why it is still open. Eww!!

I’m not one to review fast food/fast casual type restaurants, but this is seriously the best Papa John’s location. Every time I get delivery, whether from Uber Eats or Papa John’s, it’s always fresh out of the oven and made with care.

I was supposed to get 2 replacement pizzas. Original price was $10.99 each. I got my dad to pick the up as he was charged $40.13. I called up and let them know what happened. An assistant manager named Adain told me I could get a full refund of $40.13. I told him may be a couple of days or so before I could make it back up there. I went up there 8/27/24. I tried explained to the manager what happened but he was acting like I was trying cheat him out of $40.13 so, he wasn't really interested in what I was trying to explain to him. I showed him my receipt too. He told me that I wasn't able to get a refund because I didn't come back the day I bought the pizzas. He told I could get 2 replacement pizzas instead. What I don't understand how 2 New York style pizzas went from $10.99 each to $18.75 each? I've been ordering pizzas from that location for over 10 years. I will order from that location one more time to get my replacement pizzas and it will probably be my last time. I notice the reviews from other customers that customer service at that location has went down hill in the last year.
The location and the end product is always fine, but this is the slowest pizza place in town. If you're ordering at even a remotely busy time, whether delivery or pick-up, it's going to take at least 20-30 minutes more than they say it will. It's truly insane. I refuse to do pick-up here anymore as a result – the one on Reynolda is way faster – and I'm about ready to never do delivery with Papa Johns at all until they give you an option to choose the location.

We stopped ordering from here as of today. We live within 5 minutes of the store. Our pizza time was approaching 1 hour. We called the store and the guy who answered the phone was unsympathetic and stated that the driver must have had other orders on the way. Cool. We tip well, usually $7 to $10 because it is difficult work. However, no call from the driver or the store after 45 minutes. What is bad is that the person we spoke to couldn't care less. We have been ordering from them over 8 years. Bad service and no way of making it right or telling us an update or letting us know when the driver would arrive. I really hope that other customers Are not treated like numbers. We all are real people calling for decent service and food and paying a premium. We deserve good service.Vote with your money. It is the only thing big companies understand.Revised. The next 2 deliveries were great. Upped from 3 stars to 5. No follow up from management or store manager. I did put in a review that requested follow up.

Order at 11 am and schuduled to be delivered at 1230. At 1240 had not delivered and called and was told it out for delivery. It 1.3 miles to my work. Was told she must be delivering others first and he has nothing to do with it. So what the point of having a appointment.
