Paul's is a fallback to the classic neighborhood Italian restaurants on New York City. The decor is simple and flexible for any occasion. The food is delicious, the best I've had in 27 years of NC living. Service friendly and fast. And the tiramisu - wow.

Food is always wonderful and staff are nice. The decor and building could use an update but this place is a hidden gem!
Such great food. My pasta was cooked perfectly...aldente the way it's suppose to be prepared. The rest of the family thoroughly enjoyed their food. Great wine list.

Lovely and quiet place for great Italian food. Great service and great food.
We had a couple of pasta dishes that were out of this world. The nice quiet background music and the personable, helpful wait staff helped to make this a most enjoyable evening. And we found the prices to be very reasonable as well.
