Peach Cobbler Factory

Craving a dessert late at night and so glad we went there. Truly did not disappoint. Not overly sweet if you don't get all the extra but the peach and blackberry peach cobbler hit the spot. Such a good hot dessert treat.

Overpriced for the portion sizes. $10 for a small cup is a bit much. Didn't feel no southern comfort or southern hospitality while I was there, either. Don't believe the family and I will be going back.

Listen, the food is made to order so it is served up hot and fresh. I get the sweet potato cobbler and it is sooooo good. Everything I’ve had has been mouth watering. I have gone back twice this week lol.

We ordered two milkshakes and waited at least 15 minutes for them. 10 minutes of that wait time was me standing there looking at my shakes in the window while the workers chatted it up and ate their fast food. I finally had to look through the window to break up the conversation to find out those were in fact the shakes we were waiting on. The shakes were delicious, the service was not.

First time experience here was pretty good, ordered two shakes and was helped by a young lady that gave us great suggestions.

Now as of today…they put such a bad taste in my mouth(no pun intended) with the customer service.

We ordered a few items on the menu, that ranged up to be $25+ so we were able to spin the wheel. Okay Boom we get a free cobbler. Nice! Upon expecting the order the shake was not what I originally wanted. I went back in to ask the much older lady, if she could remake the order with the shake I wanted. I even set the untouched shake on the counter and she said no that I would have to pay for a whole new one, because that’s what you ordered with a stank face.

Okay whatever I got upset and left, tried the shake and didn’t like it. In my opinion the shake I received wasn’t as good as the one I wanted. So I went back in and requested a refund, and she didn’t acknowledge me so I went back outside and asked my husband to do it.

By this point I’m extremely aggravated. visibly.

She tells my husband he has to pay for the FREE cobbler in order to get a refund! Huh? What sense does that make? My husband had to tell her how to de-escalate the situation. So he came back to the car grabbed the FREE cobbler and gave it to the lady. She suspected it opening to see if we did something to it.

You know what this lady said…’oh are you gonna pay for the original cobbler you wanted now”? Uh no! What a slap in the face with a sarcastic comment. Eventually we got our refund afterwards but after all that back and forth why would we come back?

Because we want to support black-owned businesses that’s why but come on! That’s why people don’t support then now. Some people just don’t belong in customer service.

the service was wonderful. i had the blackberry/peach shake it was to die for! the owner was very friendly. but the star of the show was the cashier. Phoenix was wonderful. she has a new Auntie for life! She told me to get the shake. i will be back for more.

I had the banana pie shake, which was very good. Friend had the peach cobbler, which was good. I thought the serving size was a bit small for the price.

Had a great experience here! Kenya was so friendly and helpful. She went over the whole menu and explained in detail all the options and most popular items. I ended up getting the chocolate chip banana pudding shake and my husband got the peach cobbler shake. Both were delicious. We will definitely be coming back again!
