The waiter was great, the food definitely wasn’t though lol. Found a hair in my food, and it really didn’t blow me away for how expensive it is. All in all, good family experience if you aren’t picky lol

The orange chicken was hard. The rice was cold. Not what I would expect for a lunch meal that should have been $12.25. Instead, they charged extra for the rice. Wish I would have taken a photo. And the way the prices look on the menu can be deceiving.

This was our second time eating here. Both times the service was a little off. Items ordered but not delivered even after asking again. Celebrations happen very frequently. An average of four times during both of our visits. The celebrations are done with a giant firework lit at the table (not ours but all around us). The smoke in the air from all those fireworks gets super heavy in such a small space. The food is always amazing at least

While it's not quite as good as it used to be, I still love the sesame chicken!

The saddest kids meals I’ve ever seen. Worse than the cheapest thing from any grocery freezer section. And the side of fruit that was pictured so nicely on the website turns out to be 3 individual tiny pieces of orange. Wish I could return it.

Edit: updating this to say the food was inedible. Like horrifically bad. Threw it away. The kids had pb and honey sandwiches.

We went for my daughter’s birthday. Our food came out ice cold. It took forever to get the food and to get the bill. The waitress asked my daughter to pick a dessert because it was her birthday. When we got the bill, they charged us $13 for the dessert. She wouldn’t have picked one if we knew there was a charge. We won’t be back. Waitress was unpleasant

I went for lunch with my sister. The interior is breath taking and the design is classy. We felt under dressed which is understandable because we went for lunch. The servers were nice but the one we had in particular was a little incompetent. She would bring us the wrong food or food we didn't order and it took awhile for her to serve us. It was lunch but it wasn't very busy. She was very nice and patient though. The food wasn't good either. Their terriyaki chicken with bell peppers and pinapple was a little spicy and the flavor combination might work for some people but we were not them. I should add that my sister and i are both really weak to spice so any person with a normal spice tollerance would not even notice the spice. I couldn't taste any teriyaki on my teriyaki chicken. My bf grew up in resturants and can tell when the oil is old and needs to be changed. He said it was well past time to change the oil and it had an effect on the noodles. I will say their pork roll was really good and i wish i had ordered that instead of the egg drop soup. They also have cute togo boxes. I am certain they can/ will/ and have done better but that just wasnt their day.

Kid-friendliness: The interior is a very formal sit down kind of place. Great for special occasions or well behaved kids. I didn't see any coloring pages. They do have a few i tersting things to look at.

The wait staff was pleasant but the food had to be the most lacking of any PF Chang’s I’ve been too.
We ordered the lunch specials and I have to say it was the driest sesame chicken I have ever had sauce wise. It seems like they heavily breaded the meat then drizzle sauce over the whole plate hardly touching anything but the rice. Everything also had a slight burnt taste to it except the rice. I thought it was just my taste buds being weird because the egg roll also tasted burnt, but when I asked my mother her opinion and she had the same experience.
The atmosphere was like a monet, nice and vibey when you first walk in but when you sit down it’s a bit dingy and dirty feeling…maybe it was just a bad day for the staff or something but I don’t think I’ve been disappointed enough in a restaurant to write a bad review in a very long time. We all were extremely disappointed with this PF Chang’s.
The appetiser dumplings were great though, I have to say.

Very disappointed. I ordered the lunch orange chicken bowl & was not impressed on the taste or texture of chicken.
I immediately regretted not sticking to my usual orange chicken bowl from Hakka chow. I personally think Panda Express taste better!
