Use your brain, how can your customer eat this thing. Jesus. You should be out of business. Don’t order delivery from this restaurant, they don’t know how to pack the order, and the soup is freezing code, and pho is hard.

Food was very good but the service was worst with that lady. She was so rude and annoying and totally ignored us talking with us so rudely. When another couple came in she was so friendly and attentive. We like the food but the behavior was so rude .

The food was good but the service here was very rude. When we arrived, the staff threw the menu on the table without greeting us or asking if we wanted drinks. Every time we asked for something, she looked annoyed, as if we were bothering her. Meanwhile, when another couple arrived, she was all friendly and attentive, asking what they wanted to drink.
We initially asked for warm water, but later, when we were finishing our pho, we requested cold water instead. She got annoyed and rudely told us they didn’t have warm water, that she had to boil it in the kitchen. Her attitude completely ruined the experience, and we decided not to order anything else. Definitely not coming back.

Practically the only pho restaurant within Winston Salem so wanted it to be great so I don't have to drive further, but for the pho: the portion size was abysmal for the price and they skimped out on the meat, the one singular waitress for the entire restaurant couldn't be bothered to even pretend she cared about serving us, and they charged $2 extra for cilantro which I only realized when the bill arrived because I have never seen a pho restaurant in the U.S. charge extra for cilantro but of course they weren't going to tell me when I had brought it up

We ordered the to go pho, broth was cold when we got it, and the brisket meat wasn’t fully cooked. Noodles where dry and veggies where not packed well. Jalapeños were mixed with everything and there was no basil. The packs of hoisin and sriracha were not separate from the veggies, all in the same bag. Hopefully management sees this review. We will not be ordering food from them again. What the pho has set the standard and will be our go too from now on.
Update: after attempting to eat the pho, my wife and I both feel terrible
Cozy location with a great selection of sushi and Vietnamese dishes. The chicken pho was delicious along with the shrimp fresh rolls.

Go here a lot with friends. They are pretty friendly. Sometimes takes longer but we come in a big group and there is usually only one server

I would go again to have pho. Customer service was great. The lady was kind and very accommodating with my meal, especially because I wasn't feeling well. She brought me over more tea. I would come here again in a heartbeat. The only thing would be for the dining chairs to be redone up it felt broken and very uncomfortable, but other than that, they took amazing care of me and treated more like family than a customer. Thank you so much.
Vegetarian options: There are some selections, especially for someone who is vegetarian great place to go and give options or suggestions.

Honestly was horrible. Service was bad. Food was bad and when I asked if they could remove some of it from the bill since we didn’t eat ANY of it and they refused. There is several nice sushi restaurants around, wouldnt waste your time on this one

today me and my husband went there(12 Stark st. ) To be blunt-we both would NEVER EVER go there again. Bad experience ever. the food was NOT tasty. The waiter for got to give us silver ware, and the older woman( I am not sure is she a super visor?) long hair with glasses on. she was rude, gossip the customer to the workers. After all, we will absolutely NOT be there again. I don't care IF the food taste good-the truth is... NOT good. Nothing make us want to be there again. Oh by the way..We wait for LONGGGGG time for easy ordered. They act as if we ordered for the party.
