They have been open for some decades. Each time that I have went there have been very satisfied. Love everything that I have got from them. Keep up the great workParking: The area that is in is very congested. It's in a small vicinity that they need to repave a lot of humps bumps and missing concrete. It needs to be a whole lot better than what it is. Everyone needs to band together and get that parking lot fixed. Too many stores there that make a lot of money that they can chip in and get the parking lot redone over

This was the worst experience I’ve ever have in my life time on this green earth I found a piece a of hair longer then my own hair that grows out of my own head I should get a full refund bc my hair isn’t that long neither that color and it’s pretty obvious that the chiefs wasn’t even wearing hair

Customer service in this restaurant is awful. Everytime I ask for something not to be on my order they put it there anyway. The food isn't free and I'm a paying customer. I should get what I ask for. I called with a polite tone, I wasn't even angry or even upset but owner was extremely rude to me for no reason. Yelling at me as if I was his child. I get it where this place is located is in a bad part of town but customer service is customer service. With him responding in that manner...I know now thats same way he treats our food that we pay for. I never go back here again.

As a regular customer these are the Best steak and cheese subs in Winston Salem. The manager Sam can run a grill like no other person can including the owners. As they are extremely lucky and fortunate to have such a dedicated employee and he deserves a major bonus and pay raise as if it wasn't for the dedication of an employee the owners would definitely feel the pain in many ways. I've been eating regularly for last three weeks trying different things on menu: lamb & chicken over rice, fettuccini Alfredo w/chicken, the big burger, grilled chicken breast sandwich, pizza w/grilled chicken and my personal fave - Chili cheese fries. I have never been disappointed. I decided no more frozen pizza, I will get a 10" which will serve me 2-3 meals. I'm sorry I lived here so long and didn't know what I was missing.
