DO NOT GO HEREAbsolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. I ordered my food via mobile order and ended up arriving past my pickup time and waited an extra hour plus for it to be done in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous.

If they say 60min count on 2 hours. Delivery service is terrible. Better off picking it up your self I promise. The 4 times I have ordered delivery in the last 2 months has been at least double the time I was told or they did not have any drivers and had to cancel my order..

Very disappointed with pizza hut at this location. I ordered chicken alfredo with a large chicken with black olives pizza at 6pm (7-23-20) my order arrived at 8:20pm. I start to eat my food open my pizza box to my surprise it's the wrong order not only that but its pepperoni pizza. I called back to complain to them about the wrong order and about the time frame I had to wait, that I would just want a refund for my order and was told I have to come up to the store if I want my refund. Why would I order food wait almost 2 and half hours for it just to have to come to the store anyway this was very inconvenient. I had to stop doing my school work to attend to this matter and the lady that answered the phone was very rude about the situation even hung up on me. As a business owner my I do say this was very UNPROFESSIONAL.I was a pizza hut fan until today.

Its not a surprise that this location has 2.8 stars before my review.. I ordered my pizza and spoke with a male, who was nice. As I began reading off my card number after my phone number, he said "You're at 5555 So-so Dr. Right?", I told him that was correct. He says; "Alright. We already got you. It'll be there in about 30 minutes". Driver gets here and drops it off. Asks if I paid over the phone. I told her yes, assuming that my card info was on file with them, since the guy I spoke to earlier stopped me and said I was good. Driver calls about 2 minutes later and said the payment hadn't been processed and asked if I could call to take care of that while she waited. I happily obliged and walked downstairs to get my wallet. Googled the same thing I had before and hit "call". A woman answered and took my info and said she was going to place me on hold to find the order in the system. While on hold, about 3 minutes in to the whole process from driver call to now, I receive an incoming call. I assume it's the pizza hut customer service calling about the same deal.

Not an actual 3 stars. More like 3.75 but I could give a full 4 because that would be a tad bit misleading. Little known fact about Pizza Hut.. they do offer an all you can eat buffet which is worth every penny. The food was okay. I’m a Pizza Hut fan and I guess you could say delivery or pick up taste a lot better. Service was okay I guess. Nothing to write home about.

I placed an online order for carryout at 6:10p. I was informed my order would be ready in 15 minutes. My husband went to pickup our order 20 minutes after it was placed. Upon arriving, he found out part of our order was given to another customer. He ended up waiting 25 minutes at the restaurant for our order to be completed. In total, that is exactly 45 minutes after our order was placed. To make matters worse, one of the managers were totally rude and unprofessional towards my husband. He explained how long he had waited and that part of our order had been given away, which took longer for our order to be completed. He then proceeded to ask for marinara sauce, and the manager slung the marinara sauce across the counter at my husband. I understand Saturdays can be busy and things can get crazy, but this type of behavior is uncalled for. THEN, after arriving at home, we realized our order was wrong. I called to report the issue, and I spoke with a polite gentleman that ended up remaking our entire order (we found out later that this was one of the other managers). This rectified the entire situation and brought my review rating from a one star to a four star.

I had the best visit at Pizza Hut recently. The food was tasty but whar it made it great was the service I was provided. My server was Nicole, who is very personable, friendly and funny without doing too much. If you go the location on Peters Creek, ask for Nicole. You will it be disappointed. She is awesome!

Don't waste your time ordering from this one. The staff really doesnt care. They will tell you delivery time between 25 and 30 minutes and take an hour and a half to get there. The pizza will be warm if you're lucky. I expressed concern and even the management doesnt seem to care. Management and employees are a joke.

Every time I order delivery from this location it is either over an hour late or in one instance never showed up at all. After not ordering from them for a while I decided to give it one more shot but yet again was disappointed with a late delivery and cold pizza. Lesson learned to never order from here again.
