Ronald took our order we said hand tossed then I said what about pan like it used to be ... he said what I already knew it ain't the same so we went hand tossed but let me tell you this man made an original pan that was at least as good as I remember!!! The best pizza hut pizza I've had in many years and the wings were on point too!!! Ronald and the other guy working this evening deserve all the credit and should be teaching how it's done!!

I ordered my food at 6:19 PM at 6:42. I received an email and a text message saying that my food was on the way and then it would be here by 6:55. At 7:20 my food still had not arrived and I began calling the store. No one ever picked up. I called for another hour and no one ever picked up at the store. I was transferred every single time to the corporate center through automatic transfer and spoke to eight different people who could not connect me to the store. Finally, the eighth representative received a message saying that the order has been delivered. My doorbell never rang, and there was never a knock. When I go outside, my food is sitting on the ground in front of my door. My two pizzas were cold. My wings were ice cold. One of the pizzas looked as if it had been spliced together from two different pizzas, and half of it was burnt an inedible. I will never order from Pizza Hut again.

THE LEAST THEY COULDVE DONE WAS CALL AND INFORM ME IT WOULD BE ALMOST A 2 HOUR WAIT!!!!! (but they didn’t) I placed my order for delivery at 7:19. I’m only 4 minutes from the store but don’t have a working vehicle, after 1hr 45min my pizza was delivered not even hot or fresh, can tell it’s been sitting under a heat rack for a long time. I won’t be ordering from here again i understand being low on drivers or whatever the issue was, but this is only the second time i’ve ordered from here and it took just as long the first time. it’s upsetting when you haven’t ate all day and spent $25 for a pizza that wasn’t even edible. half a slice of pizza is all i ate today bc i genuinely couldn’t it was so bad.
