5 stars for pizza huts! Eating at this location now. These guys really showed off with their pepperoni melt...amazing!

I placed order with Whitney. I asked about specialty pizzas and she replied that they were online. That should tell you everything you need to know about this location. Even after this, I ordered a large pizza- original crust, Italian sausage, extra pepperoni, extra sauce, extra marinara, extra cheese. Got extra pepperoni, but that was it. Plus it was cold. $23 for a horrible pizza! Taco Bell would have been better. Avoid this place at all costs!

They've been steadily going downhill for months. Recently we've started getting cold pizza on delivery and the last time they sent the wrong pizza...twice. We asked them to remake the pizza since it was wrong and contained mushrooms. The remade pizza came with one ingredient of the 5 we ordered. Not sure what has changed recently but there is no attention to detail nor pride in their work.

Pizza was hot and fresh and delicious despite me picking up 15 minutes after and still driving back home :)! Customer service top tier! Their wings were also so good and still hot when I got home!

if I am picking up the pizza I ordered, why should a tip be asked? you made my food that you got paid for. I used my gas and time.

I have never made our pizza as what I actually ordered here! I order online! They have never made the pizza the way it was ordered! They suck at getting pizza correct! Don't order a pan pizza from here! YOU WILL NOT GET IT! Don’t be specific about your toppings! YOU WILL NOT GET IT! They can’t get your order right no matter what!

Ordered two pizzas 4:30 on Friday. Was done when promised. Toppings spread well. Would say 5 stars if they were cooked a little longer

Tried to order online but couldn't place the order. Went into the store, the cashier explained that they were out of pan, hand-tossed, and only had large thin crust. This was Friday @7:30pm. This was crazy. They were accommodating. I will give them another try on a less busy night.

Every place has its off days. This place had one the other day but usually they're pretty great.

Staff is always friendly and trying to do their best. There's a manager there that's always hustling to get orders done and out as fast as he can. They're probably short staffed most of the time so the fact that they get pizzas out as fast as they do it's awesome.

Don't use the call center to place your order, they either don't service the Hickory Tree store or they will route it to God knows where and you'll have to wait longer for your order.
