So, I ordered my food at 1 or after one, o'clock but anyway , the delivery came he handed me my pizza.. he came to my backdoor because the GPS did, but back to the story my order was 23. 00 and some charge the delivery car didn't have no charge on him which I through that was kinda weird because he should had a least about 50.00 in him I I gave him 30 and gave him the change left over so why when I get my lunch box it made me sick I was throwing up all day and diarrhea I threw the rest of my food away never again... Somebody probably didn't wash their hands and another thing I noticed they don't wear gloves they need to start wearing some gloves it's unsanitary and nasty

I walked in and saw one person working the ovens. That’s cool, guy looked busy even though he looked at me 3 times and never spoke, he’s back of the house, not front. I held the door open as I walked in for a delivery driver. She couldn’t even alert anyone that I was there. Took forever to get someone to just come check on me. Got my two pizzas and went home. The pizzas were the most under cooked pieces of dough I’ve ever tasted! Disgusting! If they are short handed, I understand, just adjust the time and I would have gladly waited longer to come pick it up to make sure it was actually cooked. Not the first time I’ve been to this location and it not go well. Not going back.

Close this Pizza Hut down and rehire! This is the worst one in Winston. They can never make a pizza fresh or correctly. My BBQ brisket pizza had dry, nasty meatballs on it instead of real brisket like advertised on the menu. This is my second issue with them, and I’ve had enough. The staff has horrible customer service, and the pizza always tastes old. I’m taking my money to Marco’s Pizza. ✌🏿

This is the most disgusting pizza hut in Winston. The worker I watched that had dreads pulled his pants up, scratched his head, while frying chicken, and took pizzas out of the oven. And IDK why they aren't wearing gloves at this place. I mean I understand it might alter the dough but get some that won't affect it.

Ordered food online and was given a delivery estimate of 35 to 45 minutes. Food did not arrive until after two hours and three phone calls to the store. Staff was unapologetic for the delay and assured me that food would arrive hot and fresh. Once food did arrive the pizza was cold and the wings were cool and soggy. Manager told me that they were shortstaffed for delivery drivers due to a winter storm. I understand this however, if the store were shortstaffed, they should not take orders until they’re able to catch up on the ones they have.

Did NOT receive what was ordered on receipt. I was giving what they wanted to give, and it wasn’t even fresh at that sadly.
I ordered a pizza I never received, but my card was charged anyway and when I called to get refunded, I was told they couldn't help me because they had somehow mixed up card numbers and the card they had on file (which was not even one of my cards!) did not match the numbers on the card that was charged. Customer service at the corporate level is equally abysmal. Not worth the hassle for some cheap greasy pizza. I will take my business elsewhere.

This place was just sad. Only one person in the restaurant, until I walked out and saw a person come in from a delivery. I was looking online and didn't see any notice that it was carry out only. Also no menu available, just this thing to scan with your phone which didn't work anyway. Sad.

It has been a few years since eating Pizza Hit pizza. Pizza was delicious! But what happened to the PAN pizza dough? It was more like Handtossed. Definitely not the Pan pizza of the past.
