My pizza was just delivered it cold didn't get light sauce or crushed red pepper packets and each slice only had 1 or 2 pepperoni on it was pitiful for a $20 pizza

Manager had a disgusting attitude as i was trying to order, (short tempered) was told a 25/30 minute wait ended up waiting 1 hour.No hairnets, didn’t wash hands, hairs strand inside of my pizza box, was on phone while cutting pizzas, pizza was under cooked, wings didn’t have enough sauce, pizza cutters weren’t switched for when they needed to cut pork/ vegetarian pizzas, also warm water bottles how. Literally would never recommend this place to anyone.

Manager tammy had a nasty attitude, I asked for sauce and she had an Unnecessary attitude. also watch out for the not fully done pizzas. and the cross contamination with the pizza cutters, vegans beware. Wear some gloves too.

Disgusting and disappointing anyone? Pizza hut has always been a little cheat sheet, a nice go to for Nostalgia and family adventure. This place is no different. It's clear why Pizza Hut is remembered fondly but not currently looked at fondly the day or always makes you feel a warm sense of pride especially with how big the box is, it makes you think your about to enjoy a 90's lovefest with your family and relax. But soon you realize this is 2024 and the flavors, and food isn't what you remember it. We as a family made it through 1/2 a pizza before we had the swift intent to trash the rest. Also, I'm not even sure what these wings were, because they weren't seasoned. It literally felt like someone spit the seasoning on the wings and shook them, there was not even close to enough of it. Even the dry old donut holes were no good, it probably could have been made to feel a bit better but the warm Mountain Dew quickly reminded me of playing a PS2 game that just was a knock off of what I really wanted. Pizza Hut is that knock off now they do do nothing original and seldom hit the spot; it's sad to know it's not even hitting that Nostalgic spot anymore.

Best Pizza Hut in Winston-Salem every time I go get great service. I can remember one time I came and got a pizza. Melt they left one off they made up with cinnamon buns.
Waited on my food for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Kept calling the store and got hung up on, on multiple occasions. They did not pick up the phone unless I called from a different #. Got lied to and said the order left the store. Called again and got a completely different story. I have every conversation recorded, I will never order from here again. I got my food and the pizza was cold and the wings were soggy. 0/10 would never recommend.

Apparently they're using doordash to deliver food now? Making the wait time for delivery much longer. This will be the last time we order from this pizza hut. Used to be so great, fast delivery and they've really gone downhill over the last couple months. I don't understand what happened but have had issues the last couple times we've ordered from them. But what was supposed to be a 35 to 40 min wait time for delivery has now been almost an hour and a half.
Du rag and crocs on employee. No aprons worn on any employees when handling food. They charge for ranch even if you order wings. Slow service and didn’t wash hands after taking phone order. Disappointing. Dominos I go!

Went in today (01/06/24) around 1:30 this afternoon. Heavy set white guy behind counter not friendly at all. I walked in and he said is this a pick up? He didn’t even look at me and acted as if I was bothering him. Did not greet me the right way at all. I asked him if I could see a menu and he told me flat out “no”. I would have to scan my phone to some bar code. I would not have minded doing that but he was so rude about it. I said no thank you and walked out.Went up the street to Mario’s and got better service.He doesn’t have to worry about me coming back!
