I'm in love with the bone in spicy wings! They are delicious and have a perfect crunch to the skin! All flavors are great but my favorite is the sweet smoky chipotle

I eat at this restaurant about 1-2 times a month. Last December my vehicle wouldn’t start after I ate my meal. It was about dark, about 7pm, so I went inside and asked for a jump. I had the cables. They told me nobody had a car to do it. While waiting for a family member to help me 10 min later the guy from the cash register jumped in his car parked beside the entrance and drove away. Made me mad but I decided not to leave a review. Then two days ago I stopped in for an early dinner and found an employee smoking in front of the door that I had to walk through. I wasn’t pleased. He later came in and finished eating his food at one of the tables. Then I noticed all the other employees leaving the restaurant at the same time and huddling outside near two vehicles parked by the building next to the sidewalk. When a drive-thru customer turned into the parking lot two employees rushed inside to take the order. It is clear to me there is no management at this restaurant. Of the nearly 30-50 times I eaten there I’ve never once seen a supervisor/manager there keeping people in line. I’ve been eating Popeyes for about 30 years since I was in the military but I’m very disappointed in the culture of this store. The owner of this franchise needs to get involved, and at a minimum require employees and employees “rides” to not park beside the restaurant because they use that space to huddle, smoke and who knows what else. And there should be no smoking on the sidewalk where customers enter.

I ordered two three piece spicy chicken meals with beans and rice each. Then two spicy chicken sandwiches with rice and beans each. As well as two apple pies. (All for my family) We get our food in the drive thru and realize we’re missing one beans and rice so we tell her and she starts to get mad telling us that we already have it and we show her the bag without the beans and rice. She then gives it to us. We drive home and realize we were distracted about the beans and rice that we also didn’t get the two apple pies we ordered. AND that the three piece meals were not spicy as ordered but normal flavor. Overall disastrous experience.

Was give order through drive thru by manager Tasha (I was told that was her name) and as I looked in bag informed her that i was missing items. She walked away from windows as I was looking through bag and when another person came to ask what was missing before I could respond she became rude stating nothing was missing. At this point I wanted my money back because her customer service was absolutely horrible. I went in extremely upset and when I requested the manager I was informed that she Tasha was the manager. The situation was comical to her. GM Dee did his absolute best to diffuse the situation and corrected the issue. After reading other reviews they need to hire better people who have good customer service skills

Cashier was rude handed me my card and receipt with her back completely turn only sticking her hand out almost dropping my card. It was dark outside I couldn't have found it if it would have dropped. When initially asked to take my order I said hold on for a second, she comes back with a snappy so you want something! ( something to that effect) it was just unprofessional all the way around. Won't go back. No customer service skills I said thank you she just closed the window. I hadn't had Popeyes in awhile and I'll keep passing.

Very unprofessional staff! Was lied to that I could not ask for specific pieces of chicken even when I showed them my receipt from a different Popeyes that allowed me to. I wouldn’t recommend! Go to a different Popeyes. I know why their reviews are awful!
