Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I have reviewed this popeyes alot and I still enjoy this place BUT the food is starting to taste different.
I have noticed recently the wings I order dont taste the same and the sandwich feels different. I dont know what it is but I hope they do something about it because it has been going on for 2 weeks now. Everything abut the popeyes is still good and normal and the staff are still awesome.

Somthing wrong with soda machine totally flat

The drive thru is a joke. The line never moves , this is the 3rd Time in a row that I have had to turn around and leave because it has been over seven minutes and no cars moved

This is the second time in the past couple of months that my order is wrong and missing food items. This last time the cash register attendant fulfilled my order as it was half way in process when I asked for my pick up. She looked at the receipt, added a side and put the tape onnthe bag and I left trusting it was all good. They need another way to manage orders.

The food was good excluding the hard and dry biscuits. The coleslaw was subpar, but the positive was that my reward points paid for the entire meal! The rewards are great at Popeyes! The manager was working hard and was in the middle of a shift transition, but appeared a tad irritated at a team member who had to leave for class.

Placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up the doors were locked and the line was backed up, all I ordered was a large mashed potatoes and gravy too.

Chicken was not fresh. It was too hard.

I asked for white meat and got dark meat. They don't know the difference between a breast and a thigh

No disrespect to the employees, they were short staffed... The owner or franchisee or GM needs to pay closer attention to this restaurant.
Waited way to long and was given fish sandwiches instead of chicken.... I want my money back

Ace is such a helpful and cheerful employee! He was working New Year's and was so pleasant! Very nice guy, good food, and clean establishment! Always a good experience at this Popeyes!
