The chicken was burned. We didn’t open the chicken until we got home so we were stuck with burned outside and dry, tough inside. The sides tasted fine. The employees were polite and patient. The restaurant was clean.

Derrick is the best! He is a wonderful and friendly manager! He always makes sure our food is good. He would stop by our table and ask how everything is every time! We love to visit here when we have hospital visits in Winston!

I have nothing but great things to say about this Popeyes location and it's staff. I keep going back because the good is fresh, well seasoned, and just tasty overall.

When I walk in I get the best customer service. Michael and other staff members know my order as soon as they see me walk through the door.

Asia and the other managers expects excellence from their staff and model that in their interactions with staff and the customers.

I'm hooked because I feel like a king when I show up.

Excellence is always seen, nothing less.

Went and grab some food for dinner for me and my son. I ordered a 3 whole wing combo (mind you I usually come on Sundays and order THE SAME THING) and I stated I want mash potatoes and Mac and cheese and a LARGE DRIINM (which when I got to window n the lady handed me a small cup) AGAIN I COME USUALLY ON SUNDAY ORDER THE SAME THING! and my son a Mac cheese kids meal with a apple pie. Well before I pulled off I ask the lady make sure she put my apple pie in the bag BECAUSE that’s USUALLY THE PROBLEM! They never put it in the bag I stay across town so I get home AGAIN ITS MY MISTAKE FOE NOT CHECKING MY BAG! They gave me 2 mash potatoes (which was in my son kid meal bag and 1 Mac and cheese (was in my bag!) ALSO in my box I got 2 whole wings and a leg ! ( THATS NOT WHAT I ORDERED) I called to try to talk to manager but the lady on the phone and said “the manger really busy at the moment “ ok! I try to tell her what was wrong with my order she cut me off and said “well is there anyway I can bring the food plus my receipt back? And that frustrated me because no I can’t because my son was already eating his food and I couldn’t stop him and get him redress to drive across town! This place is just failing and I don’t think I’ll b coming bak no time soon !

30 minutes to wait for my food, and only got my drink. Worst Service ever!!!

Went here on July 23rd at night and go Togo food it was so bad and dry, I called the next day and spoke to Derek the manager, he remade my order and everything was amazing and the staff if beyond friendly. Thank you so much for turning a bad experience into a return guest.

The ladies behind the counter taking orders are awesome! Very friendly and will keep you laughing. The chicken is the best here at this location in Winston-Salem. 😊

Horrible. Waited 35+ minutes for an order that was sat with delivery. Manager and employee laughed it off as if it was funny. Finally got it, took a bite of my sandwich and it was lukewarm at best. Employee caught an attitude over being asked to remake our dinner as it was cold. Ridiculous behavior and a clearly out-of-his-element manager.
