Worst Popeyes in the entire country. Do they only have one person working the entire restaurant at a time?

Why does it take nearly 20 minutes to go through the drive-thru with only 2 cars in front of me?

Why does it take them 5 minutes of waiting at the intercom to even take my order when there is no one in front of me?

Why after all of that does the food come out old and stale?

Terrible management, terrible franchisee. Corporate should be ashamed to have their logo on the building.

I love Popeyes, but good grief! The last few times I’ve ordered from this the location, I’m missing items and the food is awful. This time, undercooked chicken, soggy bread and missing $14 worth of food. How do you miss the fries?! Very disappointed in the lack of quality here lately.

They had the place to warm inside. The tables were not cleaned up from previous customers. Put it to you this way, it doesn't have a very inviting atmosphere. I don't ever plan on stopping at this restaurant again.

I honestly would not give a star at all. The drive thru menu was glitching, guy taking our order was rushing us through our order but couldn’t even take the order. I tried to tell the drive thru employee several times the screen was glitching so I was trying to pull up an online menu. FINALLY get through our order and he says “so what did you order?” When I responded with maybe if you would slow down and stop rushing us and hear that I’m telling your menu is messed up there would be NO issue. Manager then comes over the speaker so our menu is messed up??? 🤯 like no shit Sherlock I said it 5 times. Honestly this place is a joke!

I'm so sick and tired of this. Placed a order 45 minutes ago just for the staff to tell the delivery driver that they hadn't even started making my meal. I still haven't received my order, and I guarantee that they will still forget some items. This place is never busy, and yet it takes forever to get anything. Not to mention I looked at the other reviews and the owner post the same cookie cutter response to every single negative review. Horrible employees and a lazy owner I'd imagine if they are copy and pasting their responses. Just don't bother spending your money here.

I have never seen a place with such poor service in my life, the staff working here gave me my order 30 minutes later, they didn't even answer my questions, I will never want to eat at this place again and I will tell everyone around me to do the same.

Not happy. Usually love Popeyes, but today the chicken was VERY VERY VERY DRY. Got the chicken thru drive thru at 11:30am.
Tasted like chicken was made last nite and just kept hot under a heating lamp over nite.

Next time I'm going to Mountain Fried Chicken. Just 2 miles away..

This Has Been The Worst Popeyes I Have Ever Eaten At. Do Not Go Here! The Manger & Assistant Manger are not professional. Their Customer Service Is Bad! I Order Food On My Lunch Break Called Manger Derrek To Inform Him About My Order. He Seemed To Be Understanding. Came Back the next week on my again lunch break. Spoke With Assistant Manager Ashley Who Wasn't Very Helpful. Still No Remake Of My Order. Called Corporate Not Helpful. Call Restaurant & Manager Hasn't Returned My Call. DO NOT SPEND ANY OF YOUR MONEY HERE.

I placed a pick up order for a family meal a few minutes ago. I checked the hours online, and they stated that this location was open. As I pulled into the parking lot, it was clear that this location was closed. The sign clearly said open until 8 pm, and it was 7 pm when I was there to pick up my order. I do not appreciate spending that much money on an entire family meal, only to find out that this location is closed while everything online and the sign on the door said open as well. There were also other people in the parking lot who had ordered food for pickup and a driver for Grub Hub there as well to pick up an order. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Ordered 15 pieces of blackened tender only received 3 pieces the right order after two times trip to the restaurant. Called the store twice got hung up twice when i tried to explain i ordered from popeyes app instead of doordash. How can you provide good customer service when you could not even listen your customer.
