Here for WF baseball camp. Stopped in for dinner. Menu fantastic, food delicious and staff was great. Would come back in a second. Garlic cheeseburger and my kids prime rib sandwhich were delicious. Real good wings too. Bread on the side, ny style, for the heat.
So, let's get one thing straight: this place is good, and I have been coming here for years. I often get the jalapeno nacho cheesesteak.
Jalapenos, nacho cheese, steak, simple, and delicious!
This is also the epitome of family-run businesses; they have been here for decades with the same ownership. Even though I had not been in the restaurant in over 12 months, one of the regular managers recognized me and struck up a conversation about where I had been and what I had been up to. That kind of service and care is not everywhere, that is for damn sure.
This is a great little dive bar to take friends and family out for an honest meal an a zesty adult beverage. They have a huge beer menu, and while their menu is a little limited (vegetarians seek other places to eat) everything on it is delicious, I have always gotten some form of “steak” here, and never been dissatisfied with my choices.
I cannot recommend this place enough, give it a try!
Awesome Turkey reuben and amazing bloody mary!
Nice spot for WS residents and Demon Deacons alike. Every time I visit is a chill and delicious experience. I got the “Fire Bird” and my oh my; buff chicken sandwiches are one of those plates I love to compare at diff locations… this one is up there. Amazing service, homemade sauces, and a nice restaurant/bar atmosphere.
If you like ranch you will like Putters ranch. I’m a ranch head and let me say, I’ve considered buying a bottle.
Old place needs to be redone celling falling apart too hot to even eat in thire they have celling fans but they dont work
Best steak sandwich south of Philly! Great service!
Ok, this was my first time eating here. My men's bible study group met here to hang out and eat. Not sure what to get I came across the fish tacos. Let's just say that these fish tacos were better than any others I have had you get your choice of three different fish. I chose the miahi miahi. If you are like me you may have never been to Putters. This is a must-eat place. It is one of the best places in North Carolina to eat. This is not just me saying this. I was eating with a chef and a food inspector so with that said you know it had to be awesome. Our waitress was fun a very friendly. Don't wait to go make it your next stop.
Really good appetizers. Had lunch on the patio and everything was delicious.

Absolutely a hidden gem of a good ole pub! My hubby & I loved the atmosphere & casual coziness of both the inside and out dining areas. The food choices were yummy and the presentation, portions and taste did not disappoint ?all of the dishes getting served looked fresh and scrumptious! I had a Turkey Reuben & Hubby had cheeseburger sub with golf balls ?The staff were very friendly. The bathrooms were clean and well kept also. Deff try out this pub!

A great time and great food. We told the waiter it was our first time and they brought us out some bonus Buffalo chips and tater tots for us to try after our entrée. We will definitely be going back, just not during the busy-ness of a gameday.

We came here as a party of a 9 around lunchtime on a Tuesday. I called ahead letting them know we had a large group coming in. They said they do not do reservations, but when we arrived, they luckily had a table reserved for us. The parking lot does get crowded as this place is a hit for locals. I ordered the teriyaki chicken Philly with sweet potato fries. I enjoyed my meal and no major complaints. The food came out in a reasonable time frame. I would say this place is better for groups of 4 rather than large groups as there is limited space for a large table set up. Overall it was a positive experience and I would return.

I paid $17 for a $2 burger and the nastiest cole slaw I have ever had. It was just giant chunks of cabbage in mayo. Do not recommend eating there. Service was great though.
