I like this place. The pricing is right and the service is fast. It is well lit and feels good. It has slow traffic at this time I think because it is new and I imagine people do not visit due to thinking it is like the last place. I will continue to go and I will bring a gang of people with me.
This was my first time here the tables and chairs were dirty. And the flies were crazy couldn't enjoy my food because I was waving off flies. Got there at 12pm did not get our food nd drinks until 1pm. I won't be returning

Sanitation grade is low. Most notably is that they were running a special, but the items took excessively long to come from the kitchen. The "all you can eat" was served as 1 piece of fish and 1/4 cup of shrimp. You'd finish it and have to wait 15-20 minutes for another serving. Restaurant appeared to be at about 30% occupancy, so it is unclear why the kitchen was so backed up. Shrimp was sorely overcooked and heavily breaded (served with the vein in tact) . Overall, it was an underwhelming experience. Of note, the Gator punch was a hit!

Great to find a cajun restaurant in Winston-Salem. The blackened Chicken pasta was welcome addition to my stomach. The lunch portion is just right and the strawberry mango lemonade is worth wrestling an alligator over. Go hungry, order big!

The wait was awful! We finally left after about 40 minutes and my husband still hadn’t gotten his drink order. We love Cajun food but it was not worth the terrible service!
First time eating here a couple weeks ago. I got the shrimp po boy. It was so good. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, and the sauce on it was great. It's pretty big too! I loved it so much I've already been back 3 times!! Took my brother there too. The only complaint I have was the 3rd time I ate here, I placed an online order and when i got there to pick it up I had to wait a while which is fine with me, but, this time the shrimp were cold. It wasn't too good with cold shrimp. I figured I was waiting for it to be cooked but obviously not! I'll probably eat here again, but maybe wait a while!

Was looking for something different and stumbled upon this place. The Jambalaya pasta and gumbo are AMAZING!!! I couldn’t even take a pic cause I enjoyed the food so much. Close to the taste of New Orleans local food. Only difference is obviously the shrimp/fish aren’t coastal fresh (Unless you’ve eaten fresh fish your whole life you can tell the difference). I savored it all and left a happy woman.

We visited Razzoo's for dinner, sat at the bar and was waited on by Kalah. She had a great personality and her service was awesome. Andrew (the manager) was great as well, both of them made sure we were taken care of.
