This is the place to be! Had amazing Gator yesterday and had to come back today to get some wings!!! Love the Cajun flavor and feel and the food is amazing!!! Bailey did an amazing job as my server and I’m looking forward to coming here again.
Update 3/9/24:We have been several times now. There has been a couple of times we questioned if we would come back. It was hit or miss. Not because of service but because of food. However, they have really stepped it up and have wonderful management who takes any criticism and makes sure it is improved upon. Andy is one of them. He spoke with us, made sure our food was up to their standards, making sure we were satisfied. The other managers spoke as well, I cannot think of their names at this time, they really try to stay on top of things. We have NEVER had a bad experience with service, everyone who has ever waited on us has been super nice. Food was wonderful, and I'm happy to see so much improvement. If you have never been, I recommend Stuffed chicken or shrimp, and you cannot go wrong with the fried alligator (get the lemon butter sauce on the side to dip it in, trust me, it is goooood)They are new, so I understand it is chaotic right now. The woman up front was getting what seemed to be irritated at others because she was needing some help, while three young ladies just held open the front doors and when they were not holding doors they just stood around the front area talking. Aside from that, our waitress was wonderful. She came by to greet us and let us know she would be right back since she had another table and was going to get their drinks. We have been to numerous restaurants lately where we have had to wait for a while to be waited on, let alone greeted, or even see if we need anything. Not the case here. She was on top of her game, and with the extras around, others came by too. Food was great, we came with some friends who have never been to a Razoo's and they liked it, especially the alligater, and said it was a better experience then when they actually went to a restaurant in New Orleans while on a trip. The only other thing I will say is if you are familiar with the concord location, then the only difference in my experience is the atmosphere. Concord location itself is decorated out and rustic, Winston location was another restaurant before, and I am sure they just did what they could, but it's simple and modern. Will, of course, be back.

The local Tar Heel Club has been meeting for game watch parties since early February and the service and food have always been outstanding. I love the Cajun menu. Most of all, we love being at Razzo's and fell so welcome. Hats off to Brittany and Jazzmin, in particular, for handling our group of nearly 20 people with ease and efficiency.
