we had a reservation at 6pm got there early kept waiting at 630 went to check said they were cleaning the table waited another 10 minutes table still not ready the front desk 2 guys did not know what they were doing and did not seem to care so we left poorly ran and won't be back
We had a wonderful meal at Red Lobster. Our lunch was delicious, and the service was outstanding.
My husband's 75th birthday celebration was great! Our server was very nice and respectful of us and he just moved around quietly filling drinks and removing dishes. Such a good time and the food was delicious !! That was the first time we had been there and we will be back! Thank you!!
We had reservations at Red Lobster, but we still had to wait an entire hour for a table, which was really frustrating. The staff was polite, but the organization could have been better. Once seated, the food was good, and the service was decent, but the long wait definitely took away from the overall experience. Probably won't be back during peak hours. Asparagus had to be sent back to the kitchen because it looked like grass.
Our reservation was 7:15 we finally got seated at 9:00pm. It ruined the last part of our Valentines date!!
No silverware because there was not enough clean, we sat with salads for nearly ten minutes just waiting for a fork. Refills never came. To go drinks never came. Unlimited biscuits took forever or just never came. Waiter was friendly but clearly overworked. Food was great, everything else was awful.
Dustin our server was amazing and attentive. Food was awesome! Definitely recommend.

Forget the bad news. This Red Lobster is alive and well! We have been here twice in a month and the food has been excellent and the service great.

The service was amazing every person there was doing there best but the food took over an hour to get to us the lobster tail was cold they had no salmon prepared and the mac n cheese seemed to be kraft box mac. It was horrible for the expense i would go back just to hang out with the servers but id never eat the food

Food was terrible. Vegetables were fried crispy burnt. I know the difference between burnt an chared. Return to restaurant, second plate was almost just as bad. I Recommended never eat at Stratford Road ,Red lobster . They really need better cooks. Would never eat there again!!!!

Had the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake. Generous portions of seafood on a bed of linguini pasta. Disappointed in the garlic and white wine sauce. I did not taste any white wine in the sauce at all. Had the key lime pie for dessert which was just okay.

Would never recommend this location to anyone. Greeter just looks at you like she slow, I had to speak to her. Biscuits came out burnt 2 times, my child’s food was not hot. The “manager” claimed they were not burnt and there was nothing he could do about it because we ate all the food. Meanwhile I had 4 to go boxes filled with food. They”manager” look like he just came from hustling on the block. Very unprofessional. Been going to Red lobster since I was a kid. I almost was not gonna pay for anything since we didn’t eat anything. Here comes “the manager” taking pictures of my license plate. What an absolute clown. Bathroom smelled like lobster and white folks are seated up front while every black person was seated in the back. I’ve never saw a Red Lobster “manager” in street clothes with 10 gold chains on. Very unprofessional. Knew I should have went to the Greensboro location. Will never waste my time again.
