I was at the Red Robin in Winston and witnessed a altercation break out between waitstaff in the kitchen. My husband and I wanted a burger, and the waitstaff apparently wanted to throw hands. I felt like their priorities were a little off when it came to customer service, so we left and we will try Red Robin in Greensboro.
Honestly Winston Salem Red Robin is always kind of a hot mess, but tonight was a bit much for us. We just wanted a burger….
Great service! Great food! Bent over backwards to make sure we were happy!
