Tell the truth, one of my best dining experiences in W-S to-date. It seems that everything is rush, rush, rush. The roads are filled with cars, register lines are hectic, and even fast food places post signs saying 30 minutes for a meal, please don't linger.
An early lunch after a Dr appt. Had the $14.99 special, BBQ bacon burger with unlimited fries and iced tea. It was delicious, and just the right size for lunch. The waiter tempted me with more fries, but I resisted. I did enjoy another glass of iced tea, though. Extra points for lots of ice and lemon.
It was nice not to feel like they were anxiously waiting to turn my table while eating.

We asked a simple question to the manager, Marvin. He just didn't stop talking and talking, and it didn't ever end or have a point to it.

Not a go to place if you are craving for bbq ribs!!! Hard as rock almost half of the ribs served. Not good! I did not enjoy it. Flavor is okay.

We came a month and a half to 2 months ago and had an amazing experience. Our server was incredible, her name was Ally. That visit deserves 20 stars. Unfortunately we went back last night and was extremely disappointed. The menu changed so we weren't able to get the same things as last time that we know we loved. Our waitress kept forgetting things and serving our table at random times like 3 people would get their drinks a few minutes later the appetizer came then like 5 minutes later finally the other people's drinks, same happened with the meal and desserts.
The burger wasn't done, chicken was incredibly dry and it took so long to get side refills that the unlimited sides thing didnt help anything. I wasn't given the opportunity to log in to the tablets to connect to my account where I had a coupon. Since we weren't able to utilize the side refills, our kids ended up getting snacks as soon as we got home because they were still hungry. Thwy were also sad that there were no balloons this time. This morning, several of our stomachs hurt as well.
Overall, it just wasn't a great experience at all. 130$ after the tip just down the drain. I highly doubt we will return.

Everything was great. Just happened to visit for dinner on an evening with a party (or some event with lots of young children) that were super noisy ... even from the other side of the restaurant. Reminded me of being at Chucky Cheese. We were in town for medical reasons so might have made it more bothersome than it might have been any other time. Food and service (thanks, Preston) was great!

Can not recommend this place enough the gentlemen hosting and the server made it an beyond pleasant experience and the food was excellent! I'm horrible with names but I'll certainly catch them next time. This place is difinetly going on one of our top tier places to eat list!!!

Booooy this was the best Red Robin experience we've ever had. One of the best restaurant experiences we've ever had. It was great from the host to the waiter to the manager. EJ & Dre were the great start to a great night of service. Our waiter, Gabe was top tier and the manager Tia was the cherry on top. We felt loved in here! And we came all the way from Greensboro and will be back to see them again because the service was so great. They all need raises and to know how much they're appreciated!

I was extremely satisfied by the food, service, and atmosphere. The plant based burger was one of the best I've had in a long time. The staff were friendly and the restaurant itself was clean and the decor was fun. This restaurant is definitely on the top of my list!!!!
