Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We wanted to come here for Valentine’s Day, but it was so busy we decided to come back a few days later. We know why it was so busy. Great food. The waiter was very good, friendly and it wasn’t too busy due to it was snowing some and it was icy that day. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will be back.

Two times in a row I arrive at an empty bar and empty restaurant. Sat at bar waiting to order a beer for 7or 8 minutes each time. No one checked on me. People peeked out of kitchen. There were clearly multiple voices in kitchen talking. Walked out and told the young guy at front. He was kind of like "sorry but thats how we are sometimes",

Our server was on top of our needs. Regularly replenished our bottomless fries. The burgers tasted great.

It’s rare that I can find a hamburger that will fill me up, since I am a big eater. The Monster burger was great and the Yukon chips were perfect. I will be make another to trip to try more food. Megan the store manager, well all managers should take note of her skills and interaction with the customers.

The wait time was unreal. Food was okay but very pricey in my opinion. Go on a day they have a deal.

Everything was so good! Especially the service! Roger was our server and he was amazing! Everything came out quick & hot! Drinks never went empty. He checked on us multiple times throughout our experience. He is so kind and has a smile that is contagious. Thank you for the great service!

This was our first visit to red Robin , it was a wonderful experience the food was delicious and the server Zachary took great care of us I was so impressed and happy with the whole experience will be visiting again in the future thank you for everything

Seriously a disaster. I tried to be patient. The side machine was out…whatever, not their fault so we ordered milkshakes. Our server walked by us 3 times and said ‘oh yeah, the milkshakes’…and finally brought them out. My friend ordered the fish fry and wasn’t told until our order came out that they didn’t have it. We never got straws or silverware despite asking so I went and took it from another table.
