Rena Marie's Coffees & Bubble Tea

I love this place so much! It has an incredibly comfortable atmosphere and the onigiri is so good! At one point me and a friend went to grab drinks and onigiri and the barista let us stay past closing because she thought we might just need more time(we hadn't noticed they were closing up!) and offered us an extra onigiri. She was so incredibly sweet and I make sure to stop by anytime I'm downtown with friends. Also the cheese foam is incredibly good!

The barista may have been very tired, but unfortunately, her customer service was poor. She didn’t acknowledge us when we arrived, even though there were only two other customers in the shop—and they had already been served.

I ordered the Tropical Soul Refresher, which I believed comes with lychee, but there was none in my drink. My mother asked for mango boba, but instead, the drink came with a dark boba that seemed more like blackberry. When we asked about the different boba options, the barista wasn’t able to explain them clearly.

A customer actually welcomed us into the shop, and we thought he might have been the owner—his friendliness really stood out compared to the service we received from the staff.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning unless the service improves.

We waited in a line for 30 minutes and when my sister and I got our drink and drank it, we got short-term food poisoning. I think our drink expired a few years ago. Do not get the Fruit boba tea. After 4 hours, the illness is still in effect and the tea tastes so bad that I had to lay down feeling under the weather. Don’t get the boba tea or you will find out the hard way.

Great drink choices and location! Inside isn’t as good as it really could be… sadly, def potential for better atmosphere…

I love coming here! The drinks are always amazing, and the atmosphere is so relaxed and unique, very friendly and comfortable.

My absolute favorite boba place in Winston ever. If I could give it higher i would. Moving soon and im very anxious I won’t find a place is amazing as Rena maries

I recommend the pumpkin pie frappe. If you’re a pumpkin lover like me…

Every time I've been here, Amelia has made my order. She is awesome and always makes my Boba tea just like I ask!! I only get 1 chocolate chip cookie, but I could eat 5, they are soft and sooo good.

I was on Trade Street, found a parking spot (WOW) and decided to stop in. First time here. I ordered the peppermint white mocha frappe. It was delicious! Loved the tables with the coffee beans inside. I wish the server was a little more welcoming. Whether you're in a bad mood or just not feeling it, you never show that to the customers. (I worked in a restaurant/food industry dealing with customer). Bad mood, tired, cranky, you never show that side of you to the customers. Especially if you look forward/expect tips).Looking forward to coming back and try other drinks and foods.
