If I could give zero stars I would. We went here for a friend’s birthday. Had to wait for any staff member to show up behind any of the bars. A staff member with a drawn mustache who was severely drunk came from behind the bar and tried to fight me. I will spend the rest of my life trying to shut this place down. Unacceptable on every level and they will be facing a lawsuit. To have a drunk employee putting their hands on a patron is wildly insane.

The let anyone behind the bar. There were people there heckling our friends and trying to fight them. The workers were non existent, and didn’t care. They also tried to cheat us out of more money by shorting the pours. Do not go here it’s unsafe.

I just got kicked out because I brought food in. I get it. They sell food there.
However, I would’ve been happy to get a drink. Which they didn’t offer. Reason I came here was they wouldn’t let me sit at the bar at the bbq place and it was raining. So decided to go in the food hall for some shelter and to eat my food. A very aggressive and unwelcoming person kicked me out while continuing to ruminate as I walked down the street. It made me feel unsafe. I wasn’t combative or argumentative to him at all. I was polite. But he wasn’t, he was actually rude about it.
I think it would be helpful to provide their employees with customer service training to avoid a wide spread bad reputation.
I’m happy enjoying a beer and eating my food at the next business over!

The atmosphere is excellent, but we rented a room to do virtual golf for an hour and a half. It took over a 1/2 hour to get set up because the equipment was malfunctioning. We had to find all of our own equipment. The balls were all behind the broken screen. The online food menu does not reflect what was actually available, which was appetizers only. There was absolutely no staff available to even ask questions or check in people. We had fun once we got going, but that had nothing to do with service or lack thereof.

The putt putt was mostly broken and not worth the $$ at all. The drinks were mediocre but the bar tender worked with what she has. The prices were too much for what it was.
Went to go play at the mini golf downstairs. I played a few years back and had a great time. There was someone down there but they were listening music and cleaning in a back room and didn't hear us. We had to go back up to the bar upstairs after waiting to see if this mystery person cleaning would come out. The bartender got someone to come and set us up
Half of the machines weren't working properly or were completely down. Waste of 33$ great concept. poorly maintained and poor customer service.

Went for my daughter's 19th birthday, played a few games, had wonderful food and My Husband had I triedthe beer wall. Everything was reasonably priced.
Kid-friendliness: We went on a Sunday around 7pm, had my 12 year old and 6 year old for the arcade and mini bowling. It was surprisingly nice and calm enough for their age.
