Your 11 am cashier needs to be more friendly she had no smile and an attitude. Almost like she dint wana be there. Why hire bad customer service cashier? Why work there if you dont wana be there?

It’s currently 4:52pm on Friday July 11! I came up here at 4:35p to order food and there was already a sign on the cash register! Me and other patrons have been standing here waiting this entire time to order food! I came here to get food because my son and husband wanted some! They are standing in the back as a group just talking, instead of working and making food.there’s a pile of meat sitting on the grill that I KNOW they will try to serve us upon exiting the back! This is TERRIBLE customer service and horrible behavior!!

They must of done something to cut cost on the food quality. It don't taste as good as it did. It's still ok but not what it was. The price just keeps going up not really worth it anymore to be honest.

Bad temper on the part of the cooks when ordering the most cooked food even though we told the cashier when ordering it.
This establishment should be shut down permanently. We found maggots in the food, and when we brought this to their attention, they responded with the most hostile attitude, insisting on only offering us a partial refund and refusing to accept the food back. The quality of the food could potentially cause serious illness.

Rude, uncoooerative, disrespectful. They still messed up my order. When i asked them to fix it they refussed

Rude, and if you order online something will always be messed up or missing. I suggest skipping this place.
Always forget stuff don’t bother to order here.
The employees are rude and do not appreciate you as a customer, they speak very badly to you and it is as if you should ask please to be served.
