I like Sbarro Pizza by the slice. Good variety to pick from. The service is good. Nice employees working there. Convenient to get something to eat while shopping at the mall. My biggest complaint is your high prices on food and drink. For that reason I seldom eat at Sbarro!Vegetarian options: Always something offered for vegetarian.

The manager who was prepping my pizza order and drink, had no personality nor any patience for me to decide on which lemonade I wanted to try. Literally felt like I was being rushed when nobody was in line behind me. His attitude was so uncalled for. & I'm 9 months pregnant so I'm sorry for wanting to make sure I get a flavor that i will like. Then he just gets on his phone in front of everybody and doesn't care to look up for the other customers coming into line. Screw that manager. I won't be back.

Overpriced and underdone.Pizza was gooey through the center and the price for 2 to eat was over $25 at a pizza place. It’s just not worth it considering the many better alternatives in the food court.

I love sbarro but this place sucks. Always the worst customer service when I come here which is really a shame because I always loved going to sbarro in any mall I’ve ever worked in. This sbarro is the worst one I’ve gone to. Today, I went to get a snack and get just 2 breadsticks. The man (I think the manager because he’s always there, middle aged gentleman with the salt and pepper beard) said “wow real healthy dinner, huh?” Like dude if I wanted healthy food I wouldn’t be at sbarro. Not to mention the breadsticks were dry af. Disappointing. Wish there was another one in the area. Don’t recommend.

Food was ok but cant give any higher than a 2 because I was grossly overcharged and didnt realize it until later on that night when I was at home. For 2 cheese pizza slices, 1 pepperoni slice, 2 Pepsi's and an apple juice...I was charged $25! Did the survey and told them about it but was told it was correct for what I ordered...I looked at the prices online and figure I was overcharged by $10! I actually like their pizza but wont be back again

The baked ziti when I first ordered was cold and very watery. I took it back to exchange and it was warmer but still not something I'd recommend. I did like the meatballs and my grandson did like the pizza. He loves breadsticks and can usually eat his weight in it but he said those weren't good and didn't eat but one bite.
Guys, I cannot believe you did not want to sale a whole pizza today at 5PM and also you did not want to cook my spinach Stromboli, do you guys close at 5pm? Come on guys, you need to cook as the advertising shows on your menu, otherwise remove the signs that says you sale whole pizza, cannot believe you guys want to sale a whole pizza per slices only instead of a whole pizza.

Been here twice recently and don't understand why people go... 4.99 for a slice? Yeah, no. Employees were rude and ignored me for a while. They had 4 employees at least all talking and not doing anything, but on their phones.

I got food poisoning from here. Projectile vomiting as I jump out of my car was not the best experience.Edit: Response to owner. Thank you for that sincere message. I will save you the trouble of going through comment cards and continue my story here. I ended up not being able to keep any fluids down as I would immediately violently throw them up. At a certain point my dehydration caused me to pass out and hit my head on a shower knob. This pizza quite literally almost killed me. For those who value your life, think carefully here.
