i eat here out of pure convenience a few times a week and have for years. every change they make is for the worse. most often, the food appears to be made with cold apathy at best, and warm hatred at worst. its impressive how consistently the food tastes like it was made a week ago and held. two stars cause the people are nice, and every once in awhile the food is pretty mid and edible. pretty sure its the management that won't allow them to be decent or good. i will probably have to stop ordering here because $5 is $5, & on a bad day, they are HORRIBLE. they will sell you burnt up, dried up meat. this place has absolutely given me (& other people i know...) food poisoning on more than one occasion. eat at your own risk.

No prices posted. It forces you to scroll through a computer to find the food prices. Cannot even find the cost of a bag of chips. No prices on premade salads. This forcing you to buy and just gamble on what you will pay. Can't even find prices online without starting an order. No smart tech at all.

1st time using the kiosk to place an order here. It worked great. Food was very good and plentiful. Priced right. Got the Rise&Shine Breakfast, which had scrambled eggs, patty and link sausage, nice size biscuit and home fries. They have grape and strawberry jellies.Always seem to miss the 1st floor elevator that goes down to the ground floor, also known as the basement where Silas Creek Kitchen is located. I'm not the only one to ask "where's the cafeteria?"

Hadn’t been here in a while. But I loved my bone fish sandwich and I am already planning my next visit. Too bad I’m going out of town tomorrow. Can’t wait to try some of the other menu items.
