I love the cool interior of this restuarant, and the outdoor seating area is lovely too! They have a good variety of sandwiches, which makes this a great lunch stop. Very good service. You can't go wrong with eating at the Silo!
Delicious food. Fun staff. Great drinks
Mimosas Monday!!!! A girls dream!! Daily awesome hummus flavors and flats. They know what they are doing here!
Came here for lunch with co-workers. The food was just Ok. I got the chicken salad on a croissant. I have had better chicken salad. There was confusion in the kitchen. They got a member of our party's food wrong twice. Everyone else enjoyed their food. The party I was with said the food had been better when they dined there before. The inside decor was filthy & just old. The place was busy so people seem to like it. I personally won't be in a hurry to go back.
We went to SIlo for dinner. A place nearby was recommended on Google, but it was very crowded and the service was very slow to mostly lacking...as in ordered drinks never came. We left and walked over to SIlo and we were so happy we did. It was less chaotic and we actually got served quickly after ordering. Our waiter was hilarious and adequately attentive, our food was delicious and plentiful, and our time together was not affected by too many people and overwhelmed staff.
Best place to eat in a very calm atmosphere and beautiful location
fantastic service and food. great time will be back
Pork Belly entree was phenomenal...the maple mustard sauce over gnocchi was delicious. Wonderful service too
What a find! Just outside the Wake Forest campus this great bistro and bar is a hidden gem. Great music, drinks, and a tasty variety of superb eats. I really enjoyed the classic rock music which only adds to this village location. Will, the owner makes the extra effort to ensure Silo is operated at high standards and this is implemented by an impressive efficient and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable and they offer specials depending on the day of the week. Definitely worth the trip.
My party of 3 had the place all to ourselves on a Saturday night! I had the chicken salad croissant, which was toasty, flaky, and really tasty. Prices are moderate, and the atmosphere is relaxed and cosy.

Great service, food, amazing daily specials, nice variety of drinks from the bar
Expensive and had a bit of a wait to be seated. The wait for the food also took a while. The food was delicious, but the bathrooms are right next to the kitchen.
Excellent food. Almost too many daily specials to choose from. Seems like the chef is really good at trying new things. Very gracious staff.
We haven’t been in a while (may go for lunch today) but love this place. Have never been disappointed whether there for lunch or wine and appetizers! Love this place!
Service was great! Food was delicious and delivered fast. Kids grilled cheese was too fancy for my kids. The menu online is 3x more expansive than the actual menu in the restaurant. The prices were ok. I about blew a gasket when I saw that my Southern Belle (whiskey and cheerwine) was $11.00. It was a whiskey heavy drink and soda. That's an obscene cost IMO. I'll come back, without kids, and will not purchase mixed drinks.
