I constantly attend this Sonic's and put my order in ahead of time to give them time to prepare the order and usually all I get is a milkshake and I have such a hard time understanding why it takes 30 minutes for me to get my order. If on the app it says to pull into the space, it shouldn't take me going inside just for my order to start being prepared. It's really crazy how you guys could have good food but just terrible customer service constantly

I was amazed on this trip, my daughter asked for sonic and I didn't really want to go because you have to eat in your car or outside, but for the 1st time ever I was surprised to find a sonic with a dining room, so we went in to eat. The staff was friendly, took our order, we sat and they brought the order to us. I loved this experience and everything about it. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious which I cant say is always the case with fast food places. 100% recommend this location!

Parking: very few spots for dine in parking, plenty for drive up.

I normally order online and only go thru the drive thru. The last time I went it was so bad I emailed the franchise owner and never received a reply. I'm hoping corporate reads these reviews..... employees are rude just plain rude. Half the time your order is incorrect so check it before you leave. And then you go in to get missing items the employees never apologize they just hand you what you are missing. The sad thing is the food is good!

Do NOT ask for ketchup in the drive thru. Usually you get a pack or two without asking, but if you ask for it you will get ZERO packs.

So today 12/19/24 I came to the drive thru for 4 corn dogs now this isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem first time they forgot a corndog okay that’s fine this time the told me to wait almost 10 minutes for burnt food I didn’t have time to turn around especially when I waited ten minutes it was supposed to be correct the staff was actually very sweet but my food absolutely trash
