Haven't been to Sonic in years. We went frequently in PA but since moving to NC ten years ago we rarely go because none are near us I was in Winston today and saw this location. We had a great dinner. I had their new butter burger. If the first word is butter you know it's bad for you and good. It was really really good. Staff was efficient and friendly. Service was quick. One star off because lot was dirty. I worried about the food and service but happy everything was great. Some people can be inconsiderate about their trash. I might have come through on a bad day. I would stop by again if I was in the area.

It took the drive thru cashier a minute to get my order. I could barely hear him. Then my order was incorrect. I called back to notify them of their mistake. I was placed on about a five minute hold. I was told that I would be able to come back and get my order replaced, however when I went back the male that answered the phone didn’t even put my name on the list. And of course the male cashier with the black hair and glasses didn’t give me my receipt in the bag as he stated it would be. It’s not as good as it used to be. Very disappointing.

This facility is relatively decent. I only had one bad experience here. Allegedly it was due to me ordering online and not in the actual store, but customer service made it right. Whenever I order food here it is correct. They usually get you in and out. Give it a go if your in the area.

This place would be nothing without Daniel. he’s literally the best. Always has a smile on his face. never gives an attitude and always make sure customers orders are out as fast as possible and correct. Thanks daniel! you’re the best thing this place has seen. and that says A LOT.
I decided to go to Sonic for the first time in a decade. I was incredibly disappointed. My drink tasted like there was something wrong with the carbonation or syrup. I also paid for two wraps and only received one. I found that out as I was driving out of the parking lot and decided not to go back to get it. Maybe not every Sonic is like this but I can wait another decade to try again.

Get food and milkshakes for the family and when done gave them a cup and ask them to put a little water in it for my dog, they say they can't take the cup but would get me water and charged a dollar

Service always is slow. Worst customer service and they act like there busy all the time when not a single soul is in the dining room and three cars on line. Always have to go back inside EVERY TIME I go to the drive thru because something is either missing or just plain wrong . Y’all kids need to get some sleep so you can focus on YOUR JOB.
