Order online unless you want to wait for extended periods of time. No sense of time management with online orders and in-house cafe orders. No sense of urgency it seems either. They're definitely busy but it seems depending on the work crew it can make or break the day.

I ordered a hot matcha latte in venti. The cashier asked - hot or iced? The barista was very busy chatting with a customer and she only made 1 drink in 10 min. With only one customer ahead of me, I patiently waited for 12 min. Then I asked the same cashier - where was my order? She replied - did you order a coffee?? After another 5 min, I got a latte in grande!! And I could not find the store manager...

A barista was insulting the drinks to another batista, holding up the cup saying "look at all this sugar!" He made comments about his stomach turning, mentioned diabetes multiple times, and called the customers diabetics. It takes a special kind of person to say negative things about the products of the company he works and the paying customers standing right in front of them.

Heritage Homeschool Academy

Waited patiently in line for 20 minutes for the one item I ordered. Everyone that came in after me came and left and there I was still in the line. I finally decided to ask for a refund and the person says oh, I forgot to make it. Are you serious right now! You and the three others saw me waiting and never said did you get your order. Where is the great customer service??! It doesn't exist at his location which, I will not bother to go back to again. They couldn't even process a simple refund d of $6.37, I had to get it back in cash. I was also in a hurry sin e by husband is in ICU. #morningruined

Walked in to grab a coffee for my wife and I, but the employee said, "Excuse me, you can only order in the app, we ain't got enough people!" The two workers behind the counter weren't doing anything at all either.

Well, no problem. You've now got one less customer. Never felt less welcomed in a business.

Kid-friendliness: Maybe they like kids better. I don't know.

Not very smart, apparently cannot read also. Somehow messed up a frappe for hot coffee. Utterly disgusting. It made the drink terrible and now it’s a waste of what 5,6 $ for a drink that wasn’t even made right.

I was not greeted kindly, all the girl said is "what you want"? I requested my order, and she cut me off and said "we not the bigger stores". I asked what flavors they had on hand and with a clear attitude she mumbled about three flavors and I just ordered one of them she mentioned. I RECEIVED MY ICED DRINK WARM WITH LITTLE ICE. POOR EXPERIENCE ALL TOGETHER! I am a business owner, and I will not use this coffee stand again, and I will get word out of the crude unprofessionalism and nasty customer service. For what I spent honestly the vending machine would have been a more pleasant experience. This is in the hospital, and my wife just underwent a lifesaving surgery. Training in customer service, and hiring people who want to be there in the first place might be beneficial for this coffee stand. I RATE IT ZERO STARS
