I came down for a cup of hot water at 7:58pm and he told me no when they dont close until 8pm. He then proceeds to say you gonna really nickel and dime me over 2 minutes. My grandma is in the ICU and my aunt just wanted to make some tea with some hot water. I dont understand how hard it is to make a cup of hot water. The actual guy that gave me the hot water took less than 30 seconds to make it. Piss poor customer service from whomever i assume he is the manager. they need to find a new manager!!!

I’m not a Starbucks fan but my family is. They love coffee flavored sweet drinks/shakes. My daughter is at the hospital and didn’t like the hospital tea, one of the nurses suggested she try the “sick tea” (aka “medicine ball”) from Starbucks. She liked it a lot!The place stays busy and sometimes they are understaffed. Patience and courtesy goes a long way. Be friendly and say hi to the barista. Strike up a quick conversation. Not everyone will be receptive, but those who do will be thankful.
