Difficult staff

Normally fantastic with wonderful workers and service! This place is always friendly and fast, but today was different. I don't look especally made up or nice today, in a big hoodie and sweatpants. I was asked by the young lady at the counter (I did not get her name, no name tag) if I "wanted to order or was just looking". I had been in the store less then five minutes and was trying to decide if I wanted a tumblr.

When I stepped up to order, she was slow and I had to give her my name two or three times. She also made me bag my own food and did not ask what size drink I wanted, defaulting to the smallest size.

First time I've ever not tipped here.

Im writing this review just to highlight Annabelle and how amazing her energy, demeanor, and aura is. This is my second time meeting her at this Starbucks and she’s truly made me want to come to this Starbucks only. Thank you Annabelle for being one of the kindest people I’ve ever met <3

Easily the worst Starbucks I’ve ever had. Coffee was burnt, the pink drink was too sweet and didn’t have enough cream.

Definitely was a great and speedy coffee experience i ordered sat down for 30 seconds then got my coffee, I will also say it went from not busy to busy in less than a minute when I was there so give the baristas some grace on time (You don’t want them to get your drink wrong). I didn’t catch his name but the barista who had a mustache was extremely nice and btw extremely easy on the eyes lol.

I just picked up a mobile order and got stared down by an employee. I don’t know if it was a natural case of RBF or they weren’t feeling great, but I don’t appreciate being made feel like I wasn’t welcome to grab my stuff with that uncalled for stare down. I would rather take my regular business to the Starbucks in Target down the street if the employees are going to act like they have better things to do.

Most unfriendly unwelcoming bunch I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. Also don't seem to know how to make a white mocha, which I think is a pretty basic drink at their establishment. On the bright side, I think this has been the most spotless Starbucks I've ever entered, not that they're typically messy.
