I don’t think it’s right when these baristas just ignore what I ordered for my drink and what size cup I chose and they go ahead and make my drink how they want. I always order a size SMALL drink and just because I may order “extra cold foam” doesn’t mean to go ahead and just make my drink in a medium. I don’t think these baristas understand that my drink that I ordered for a size small will NOT taste the exact same if you just “pour” it in a medium cup to “fit the extra cold foam”.. This one new barista female worker is rude and horrible at making drinks and completely ignores what I ordered and continues to put my drink in a medium cup which makes my drink taste even more horrible because it’s not sweet or flavored enough.

What a breathtaking day riding the highways and roaming through the Blue Ridge Terrace, just in time to watch the last dance of the season leaves 🍂 glowing in orange, red, and green under the autumn sun. 🍁
I stopped for my favorite Starbucks, expecting nothing more than caffeine and comfort. Instead, I experienced brand magic.
The young woman behind the counter remembered me not just my face, but my drink order. She hadn’t seen me in over three years!
I asked, “How in the world do you remember me?”
She smiled and said, “You were besties with my former manager.”
Here’s the powerful part this wasn’t even the same store!
She carried that culture that Starbucks spirit with her.
And when she leaned over to coach the new barista on how to make my drink just right, I realized I was witnessing something few brands ever achieve: authentic brand belief in motion.

One of the better starbucking locations in town. I’d place in the SSW or WSW corner. Easier in and egress is from street to the rear. Same entrance as Arby’s front or rear.( NO LOW FRONT ENDS WILL ACCESS FRONT)

My coffees were delicious as always , service was chaotic due to a lot of people ordering, had to wait 5 mins.

Tried to get a cup of water for a pregnant woman having heat stroke, was bounced from person to person until they informed me I couldn't have or buy a cup of water in emergency I had to sprint to Burger King to try to help her

It's a Starbucks that doesn't have a drive thru. I went inside and the service was good. It was very much in line with what is to be expected from a Starbucks. The baristas where very friendly. Would definitely go back

I have been going to this Starbucks for over a year, every single day and every time I am greeted with a cheerful barista (sometimes all of them) and the drink I order (although I’m very picky) are always phenomenal! I have a Starbucks that’s much closer to my house but I refuse to go there as the drinks aren’t as good and neither is the service. Love my Starbucks and my baristas!! 💜
