Wished they pay little more attention when they make drinks as same as the orders from the receipts … they Messed up my drinks many times even the stickers on the cups said half sugar ( 2 syrup) and shots (single-or 2-3-4-5) or sometime they forgot to dadd the shots which I paid for , I feel bad to say anything & ended up couldn’t enjoy my drink .

Someone gave themselves a $45 tip in the drivethru. Thankfully my bank refunded it. Gave them a 2nd chance today and went inside this time. I asked for a receipt and she said the machine was broken. I watched her hand a receipt to the next lady who ordered. I would avoid this one. Check your bank account if you do go.

By far my favorite Starbucks! The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable! I’ve never had a bad drink before and I go to Starbucks very often. I usually do mobile orders, but the few times I’ve been inside, it’s always clean. 100% recommend choosing this Starbucks location!

Stopped by The Clemmons branch for 2 take out Frappuccinos, for a friend and I. She wanted a Grande Mocha Frap and I wanted a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap. The drive-thru was backed up, so I walked in, ordered, and was on my way again in less than 12 minutes! I don't mind waiting because the baristas at this location make awesome drinks!

In this Starbucks, we got two Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccinos, each with three shots.

But in the end, there was no coffee flavor at all—just ice. One of the drinks wasn’t even sweet, completely flavorless, just ice.

So, we ended up with two terrible drinks.

Ordered a hot caramel macchiato and it was like warm. When I was almost to kosher drinking it, I felt something hard in my mouth that I almost swallowed and it looks to be part of a coffee bean. I almost choked, please be careful.

Terrible service, I order hot coffee in app ,when I try get refills, one of the baristas did not allow me to get refill even though I show her the receipt. And gave me an attitude. I have to ask my spouse to go get it because it’s ordered thru his account and when he got it for free, it was not made right. I dumped that refill down the drain. Very dissatisfied with the service.

Do not get any of their fruit drinks. They’re nothing but grape juice, flavor, and sugar. There’s a lawsuit against them there’s no passion fruit no mango stick to coffee.
