i was in line with those rude customers who continue to write reviews about the baristas just doing their jobs. baristas are customers too and deserve first pick over scalpers who will just end up reselling the cups anyways. got mine from target without harassing the workers <3

Terrible work ethic from the employees that opened today. The manager allowed the employees to buy all the bear cups before the store even open. Are they allowed to buy items when the store is close?

It was my first time ordering from here & I was very pleased..drink order was correct,staff was nice and there was a long drive thru line but moved quickly

This Starbucks used to be one of the best, but recently, it has fell short many times. I have tried to give it many chances but every time I come the drinks are disgusting and not made correctly and taste terrible. The service is slow every time I have to wait 30-40 mins just for my order because the window person doesn’t know what drink goes with the correct car. It’s just ridiculous with the prices that I have to pay to get my coffee and it’s disgusting each time to the point where I don’t even want to drink it. And since it takes so long to get through the line or even go in and get someone to pay attention to you isn’t even worth it. Like I’ve said, I have given this place multiple chances, but each time they fall short. So I think some new changes need to be made.

Wished they pay little more attention when they make drinks as same as the orders from the receipts … they Messed up my drinks many times even the stickers on the cups said half sugar ( 2 syrup) and shots (single-or 2-3-4-5) or sometime they forgot to dadd the shots which I paid for , I feel bad to say anything & ended up couldn’t enjoy my drink .

This is one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve been to in NC. Relaxing atmosphere, great service, usually in & out & they always make a great drink no matter what you decide on. Sometimes I like to switch it up if I get bored & they never disappoint!

I was there a couple minutes ago and the customer service was very rude, I was really polite and wanted to ask a lady working there something, and she rudely interrupted me, not even letting me finish talking, walked away.I think in my opinion that’s really unprofessional and very disrespectful towards customers

I’ve been to every Starbucks within 100 miles of Winston-Salem and this is by far the BEST Starbucks around.
I always order a surprise drink and they have NEVER failed to impress. All the baristas I’ve encountered here have been absolutely the best inside and out. The best Starbucks EVER !!!

After having traveled all over the US and getting coffees all over, it’s still hands down my favorite. I typically order in-store and it’s never more than a 5-10 minute in-and-out. Not only that, the staff is not only efficient, but also kind and friendly - Maddy, Guillermo, Alexis and Maria are always so friendly to anyone who walks in the door. It’s moments like that that differentiate this Starbucks, in my opinion, from so many others.

Slow and the women working on Jun 6, 2025 6:30 a.m, want to giggle and laugh with people in the line while other people are in rush. They could step to the side and yall can continue that any other time. Slow as molasses and should never take 10 minutes in a drive through for some pet milk poured into a machine. Go to clutch or the one on Reynolda, save yourself.
